I placed an order to be delivered before a birthday tea party. The items were delivered 2 days after the party. They're return policy did not allow me to return the items. I was told the shipping policy gives them extra time for items to be delivered even though the projected delivery time showed the items arriving in time.

wonderful place to get tea and british food items

I have been a customer with the English Tea Store for a few years on now and I am a big fan of their Blood Orange Loose tea and their Peach Apricot Loose Tea. Both brew exceptionally well. The flavors are consistent and is great each time. I am also a fan of the Winter Raspberry Loose Tea. If I had any suggestions I would Recommend other great flavors of tea, such as Cranberry Orange, maybe a Strawberries and Cream or any flavor that has a light sweet flavor or combo flavors.

Superb tea at competitive prices delivered promptly. Great selection of specialty flavored teas! I’ve my morning tea, afternoon and evening tea for relaxing.

The store offers Assam tea by the bag, a real convenience for me. I also appreciate ordering the tea biscuits I enjoy, rather than searching for them with limited success elsewhere.
