Excellent communications about the delivery. The delivery guys Pete and Oscar were very professional and friendly and did a great job of delivering and assembling the sofa on a really hot day.

Chris V & Mason arrived as arranged and delivered our new (v heavy) sofa bed with no fuss at all. They were friendly and courteous and showed great respect for our home using protective covers to prevent damage to the door frames and floors. They unwrapped it, demonstrated the bed mechanism and even took away all the packaging material too. Really nice chaps and we couldn’t be happier! 5* well deserved!
Not at all good. Despite giving very clear instructions how to access the house the drivers were not informed and left us to carry the heavy sofa up the lane. They begrudgingly helped with another parcel but they were grumpy and the experience very unpleasant. If you receive specific delivery access instructions do everyone a favour and pass this info on to your miserable drivers. No one appreciated what we went through this morning
