Empire delivery were excellent. They emailed and texted before the day and then texted me early morning in the delivery day to give me a 3 hour window, then texted again to say they were delayed slightly by traffic. They called me 20 mins before delivery. Chris V and Mason were courteous, helpful and efficient in getting the sofa bed in place. They were very respectful of my property They made sure l remembered how to use it and then cleared away all packaging materials. This is 5 star service and l would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well organised delivery: I was offered a date, a day before received a notification about my timeslot and everything was delivered in time, accurately and with a smile. Job well done!

Amazing service from start to finish from Pete & Sal. Communication the day before with a 3hr time slot. Called 20mins before arrival. Arrived, put mat down in hallway, brought in furniture, took shoes off so not to mark my carpet, built the furniture, took all rubbish away & even hoovered. Lovely friendly guys. Will definitely use Empire Delivery again. Would highly recommend.
