The delivery team were very communicative on their way here which really helped me plan my day. When they arrived they were polite and helpful!

Pete and Charlie were absolute professionals. They were courteous and quick. No problems, no faffing about. We were impressed with the speed of delivery into our house and they were great to chat to and had some banter. An asset to Empire delivery. Well done to all the team at Empire , as we sit comfortably on our lovely leather chesterfield.

Chris and Max were helpful and courteous in delivering our new sofa . We live off the narrow Devon lanes , and it was pitch black and no mobile signal so they had a little difficulty finding us . They then nwgoiayed the 16 irregular steps up to our house with ease and efficiency .

These guys turned up bang on time and were really helpful. They got a big, 4 seater sofa through a maze of corridors and tight stairwells. Brilliant stuff!

Pete & Charlie - great delivery!

Pete and Lumear delivered my cocoon corner sofa bed. They put my sofa together with ease. Demonstrated how to turn it into a bed. Then gave me the opportunity to practise. Finally they removed all boxes and packaging. Both were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Brilliant lads! Even after a tough delivery before ours in the pouring rain, they delivered our sofa with smiles and great chat. Getting the sofa in its rightful place was efficient and fast. Would have loved to keep Chris and Lumear longer!
