After initial problems with delivery dates, the actual delivery went smoothly, on time, with notification at each stage on the day. Extremely helpful and cheerful delivery staff, Chris and Charlie couldn’t have done more, going out of their way to make sure the new sofa was in good order, in the right place, and my home (with a white carpet) left immaculately clean.

I had the pleasure of Pete, Max and Matt to deliver and put together my sofa. They were great guys, thank you.

Empire delivery provided an excellent service. I was given plenty of notice before the delivery and kept informed of progress on the day of delivery. The delivery itself was on-time and the assembly of the furniture after delivery was carried out quickly and efficiently.

First of all, let me say that the two gentlemen who delivered the sofa were courteous pleasant and on time. They attempted to carry a 140 kg sofa up the stairs and after causing a significant hole in the wall, they took it back outside, dismantled it and then with great ease took the remaining sofa upstairs and reassembled it. Potentially a 4 star review depending on how the hole in my wall is handled by the company.

Communication was first class, we were kept informed throughout and they actually came a bit early! Chris and Mason were courteous, quick and efficient, taking care when moving our new sofa through the house.
