Great service. Furniture delivered and assembled with great courtesy, and cheerfulness never wavered - even when it all had to be transported down the garden to summerhouse.

Pete and Max P kept me informed of delivery time, were polite and courteous and careful when carrying two sofa beds to 2nd Floor. Knowledgeable in constructing the furniture pieces .

Pete and Vince were very helpful they even went out of their way and fixed the broken hydrolyics on the ottoman bed as they were broken and then attached the headboard.

The two guys who came to sort out our defective sofa bed were not told beforehand that that's what they were there to do (they thought they were just doing a delivery), but that didn't phase them at all as they got to work and sorted the issue out, making sure I was happy with the result before they left. They were really friendly even though this was going to make them have a long day, finishing late. All I can say is these boys deserve a pay rise! From a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I was nervous to buy on line at first but so glad I took a chance. The customer service has been brilliant from the start. The delivery guys were amazing, so friendly, helpful and respectful. So rare these days and my sofa and chairs, well I LOVE THEM!!!

Delivery well inside 3hr window advised, including phone call when 15 mins away . The two delivery men were very polite, worked very hard to get our new sofa through a not ideal doorway, unpacking and assembling legs before removing all packaging too. Hard working couple of lads, credit to the company.

Excellent delivery service. Pete and Charlie called us when they were 20 minutes away. They carefully unpacked and assembled our new modular sofa and showed us how to change it into a bed. They were both polite, friendly and professional.
