Very professional delivery from Chris and Max. Friendly, helpful and thorough, they very careful delivered the sofa-bed into the room we wanted, explained how to operate it and took away all the packaging. Excellent service. Thank you.
Chris V and Max P came to the house this this morning. Chris set the sofa up and showed me how to turn it into a bed. He was very helpful. They were here for a very short time, probably on more than 1/2 an hour. They seem to have a huge workload to carry out but they were very chilled. Very good and efficient. I’m delighted with the service.👍👏🙌

Can I give no stars to the swearing, inept men who eventually turned up with our bed settee? The plastic covering was so badly torn that water/rain (hoping it's not something worse) had got through to the chair. They caused massive damage to a door frame and some to interior paintwork. Had my husband not taken the initiative and got one of the wooden feet removed - an easy job, but they couldn’t quickly locate a screwdriver - heaven knows where the excellent, long awaited, item might have ended up! I appreciate that they were third-party sub-contractors, who due to previous companies’ mix-ups, had to make the delivery on Christmas Eve! And, as we were made aware - that they had been allocated too many drops and had family commitments and of course, our job took ages. Still, had they done less complaining and more thinking, we might have received the delivery service we expected. Having said all this – from our understanding of information on Cocoon’s website, we had not expected the settee to arrive fully assembled. Had we known that, we would have had the house better prepared in advance. Sadly, in case it got in the way, we decided not to have a Christmas tree! Glad, it would probably have been matchwood! Haven't taken the the second item, a fitted sheet out of its wrapper. Looks fine. We were about to try chasing it up, as the delivery men said that they had no knowledge of it - even though the documentation said 1of 2 items. Then we realised that, in all probability, part of the reason the bed settee’s plastic was so badly torn was to push the sheet inside!
Both men were very courteous and helpful, installed the sofa in no time and left everything clean after when they departed. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names but both did great!

Chris V and Joseph arrived when they said they would, were very courteous. Considering they had travelled over nine hours from chelsea to the West coast of Scotland...no mean feat! Would definitely recommend. 👍👍
Brilliant delivery company. Very informative and incredibly friendly delivery staff. Considering they were delivering on Christmas Eve, I was incredibly impressed with the timely delivery and support. We even had to change the address which they helped sort quickly.

Honestly the most efficient, friendly and helpful delivery service. On the day before Christmas Eve, and the guys were prompt, cheerful and just brilliant at manipulating my new sofabed into my very snug, tiny cottage. Really couldn’t have asked for a better service. And now my daughter has somewhere to sleep for Christmas!
