Really nice guys, friendly and careful. They arrived around 9.30am with a call 20 minutes before. Very good communication all round, texts and emails for each step. They bagged up the old mattress and took care wrapping it. Highly recommended.

The delivery guys were great. They called when nearby and were so helpful and I felt very comfortable with them in my home which is so important as my partner died recently and I live alone. Empire Delivery were great delivering a very heavy piece of furniture to us in Devon. Chris and Lumear couldn't have been more helpful and informative before and during the delivery. Empire themselves kept us informed when tbe delivery was expected at all times. Highly recommended.

We were kept informed throughout about the expected delivery time and it arrived exactly when they said it would.

Empire handed this over to Montgomery distribution Newtownabbey who were horrendous. Said they’d be here between 8-3 arrived closer to 7pm. When I rang they hung up on me and was rude. When they delivered they refused to set the sofa up as they had been paid to do. Even when offered more money by cocoon they refused. Then they complained about me to cocoon mentioning I was English!!! Which has nothing to do with anything and i should not have been discriminated against as such! Avoid using this company. Incompetent bigoted liars.

An excellent service. Not only did Declan and Pete manoeuvre a heavy sofa up a spiral staircase but they too the time to assemble it too. Highly recommended.

Peter and Declan from Empire delivery were very profesional, friendly and helpful, they delivered my cocoon sofa bed with care and they even explained to me how to dismantle when I will need to move again.

Pete and Declan were great. They arrived at the agreed time, having notified me 20 minutes before. They were extremely careful whilst moving around the house and courteously offered to take their shoes off. They checked carefully to make sure everything was as it should be and that we were happy with everything before they left. All round a pleasant and seamless experience.

Given plenty of information re timings. Initial given just a day; the company were really helpful as I had to be out for some of the day. I was given a three hour time slot, which was great. Twenty minutes warning of arrival given; ( and very helpful!) The guys were organised and courteous. Put together and took away the rubbish. Only disappointment is the plastic packaging not reused!

I had a cabinet delivered by Empire Delivery and the communication from the company was excellent. I received an initial message to offer me a delivery date which I could accept or change, I accepted and then the day before delivery I got a time slot with the promise of a call 20 mins before arrival. On the delivery morning I received a text from the delivery crew confirming the time but also stating I could text them back if I had any queries. I found this a really welcome option and though I didn't need to make contact, it was good knowing that I could. 20 mins prior to the arrival the delivery crew telephoned to let me know of their exact time, which was just when expected. On arrival the delivery guys were professional, friendly and very helpful, bringing the cabinet into the house and placing it where I wanted it. I had never heard of Empire Delivery prior to this experience but I would be really happy if they were to deliver to me again. Happy to recommend!

Chris & Lumear were excellent! Great communication, letting me know when they were going to arrive. very quick too, the sofa bed was in the room and they cleared the packaging within about 10 minutes

Pete and Mason did a great job, they were prompt, friendly, and moved our sofa carefully out of a difficult space.

Communication was very good and explanation as to how the sofa mechanism worked was very thorough.

Chris V and Max P were excellent. Delivery within the time slot. They were very professional and friendly. Made sure sofabed was in situ and demonstrated how to unfold and put away properly. Would highly recommend.
