Fantastic service from Empire Delivery, very happy with everything from delivery notifications to arrival times and assembly everything was great. Shout out to Pete & Sal who were lovely, great customer service from them which is rare these days… thoroughly recommend them.
Timely, quick and efficient delivery
Pete & Sal have just delivered my Rowan Homes Sofa set. The guys were absolutely brilliant, took great care bringing the sofa’s in, unwrapping it and setting it all up. The sofas were well packaged but unfortunately on opening there are a few flaws within the fabric, the guys were brilliant taking photos and logging the defects which I also did. In respect of the delivery these guys are 1st class with great customer service and care in handling the items Very happy with the service received from Pete & Sal
Pete and Sal delivered our sofabed from Cocoon yesterday and I can't fault them. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They put the sofabed together and explained how it works which was really helpful. Excellent service.

The delivery was great as I was kept in the picture as to timing of delivery plus the installers were courteous, took time to explain assembly, and identified a problem with my sofa and explained they would notify the manufacturer.

Pete and Sal were friendly and helpful. They took time to demonstrate how the modular sofa fit together and came apart should we need to do it ourselves in the future. They were careful not to damage anything despite the tight space and took away all rubbish.

Pete and Sal what gentlemen!! They were friendly polite efficient . They brought my sofa bed into the room, unpacked it, took the packing away, positioned sofa bed, gave me a demonstration of how to turn into a bed and left all within a short time frame!! Delighted with the sofa and want to thank the delivery staff who were faultless

The guys took so much care in their work, they got two heavy disposals out and two big sofas in - brilliant service.
