Pete and Max P were prompt and efficient and delivered a sofa bed that was difficult to take up a narrow staircase. Also took the old sofa apart for recycling without problem.

Pete and Tyler kept me informed of the delivery time, brought my sofabed in and built it in good time without any issues. They were very helpful, making sure the sofabed was in the right place and even showing me how to convert it.

The guys who delivered, Pete and Tyler, took the utmost care, considering they had to deliver a bulky leather Chesterfield sofa to a second floor flat. They attached the feet and placed it where I asked and took all the packaging away. And they did so with a friendly smile, great lads! (I sound like their Mum don’t I, haha, but I’m not, I promise!)

Pete & Ang were on-time, polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the product. They cleared up all the packaging and did a great job overall.

Empire Deliveries were fantastic. I had a sofabed that got shipped earlier than expected from the factory- the team pulled out all the stops to get my sofabed delivered straight away and took my old sofa away, at a very reasonable fee. The delivery team managed to get through London traffic on a busy Friday, came in, took my old sofa away and built my new sofa bed in lightening speed - were incredibly efficient and professional. All round excellent service - can’t recommend enough !

We ordered the sample book for £48, which was reimbursed as soon as you sent it back- this is a must to ensure you get the right material and colour for your needs. It does however make things more tricky as there’s so much choice!! I swapped and changed my mind a few times- then got the family involved, and it was 3 against one. We love grey so I steered everyone towards the grey colours, but there were some lovely brighter colours which I was very tempted by with a green/yellow colour. We went for an Ashley Corner sofa (more for the fact it’s compact and has a chaise lounge format to it, so perfect for our play room (which now the kids are older, has become a games room). We also have two cats, so it was a little tricky deciding on the material- we ended up going for Micro Weave in colour stone. You can see a little pluck from the cats already, but it’s not as noticeable as the other material would have been, I’m sure. I guess that’s the joy of pets (and kids)- and we try to keep the cats out of the room. We’ve had one friend stay over so far, and we were told it was a fab bed to sleep on. Quite firm, but then aren’t sofa beds like this? It’s only for a short period, so anyone can cope with a firm feeling bed. Better than too soft in my opinion. There was an issue with part of the bed arriving with a “stain” to it. My husband wasn’t bothered, but I felt we’d paid a lot of money, so I wanted it to be perfect. Cocoon actually sent Empire back to replace this section, without any fuss. Customer service for this company is fab! 100% recommend this company, and the quality they provide. Get a fitted sheet too - they’re made to fit the bed exactly- especially when going for an Ashley corner sofa, as it’s not symmetrical when it’s pulled out as a bed. Lovely quality to this too!

Really smooth delivery and despite having to navigate a very large sofa through a not so large door - everything got sorted. Removed all the packaging for me too. Highly recommend.

Pete and Sal made a fantastic delivery experience for me. They advised they’d be 20 min delayed due to traffic, politely introduced themselves after ringing the door, explained the process, brought the parts of the sofa into the seating room and assembled them in front of me. They built trust by being extremely professional while keeping a warm personal touch, despite this being a long day of delivery (I was the last in their schedule). I’m hugely thankful that they were the ones that picked up my delivery.
