A pleasure to interact with Empire and I would recommend them. My headboard delivery was on time within the window stipulated and set one day prior to delivery. The process of booking the delivery slot was automated and user friendly over text and e-mail. The team who delivered the headboard were polite and respectful of property

The delivery team had to deliver a heavy settee to a difficult address, and it was hard for them to get their truck nearby. They had to run the item on a trolley for 400m , up and down slopes, and were courteous and good humoured throughout. Great service. From start to finish, Empire have been fantastic. Fitting us in for delivery after cancelling once and changing our minds, they were so accommodating and helpful. Excellent customer communication the delivery guys Ang and Vince were extremely professional helpful and went the extra mile to get the mattress upstairs by a spiral staircase.
