I have had this app for many months and it never found me a single driving test date. At some point they even deactivated my account, and I had to contact them twice to get it reactivated because they failed the first time.
Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have asked for a refund since they haven’t delivered what they promised, but no response at all.
This app has been a total waste of money and time. It doesn’t work and the company is not reliable. Avoid it.

This is by far the BEST test cancellation platform that I have ever used. It’s way better than the other popular ones and the entire process of booking a new date is super smooth. The cost is also lower than other platforms. I cannot say more praise for the site. Highly recommend!!!! No more hourly checking on the DVSA site!!
Managed to cut the waiting time by 4 months. The app is pretty easy to use and manage, and you can set parameters for your availability. Notification of a new date was easy and the change was done automatically without any hassle. All in all a great service.
This is a good idea but the free app does. Nothing that the mod site doesn’t. So you’re forced to buy the £12.00 premium service. Well they have sold the app to so many people pocketing £12,00 a time that it’s impossible to get to the mod site and go through their I’m not a robot checking before the appointment is taken already.
They have sold their app to too many users or don’t have mod approval.

Scam I got a test saying I’m at the top of the list so I payed £18 only to then go on it for it to say we can’t look for a test for you till you book one??? Tell me how that works loool YOU are supposed to look and find the test not US and now I can’t get my £18 back avoid at allllll cost
Paid back in May, was offered and accepted one test the same day which they then failed to book, offering no explanation or apology when I contacted them, just that there had been an error with the booking system. Heard absolutely nothing from them since so asked for a refund in accordance with their refund guarantee, and they have refused because of the test they offered in May but didn’t actually book for me (which they admitted was entirely their fault) Total rip off merchants. Don’t waste your money.
