From the time I walked in until I left…

From the time I walked in until I left I felt welcomed! I already had my car picked out before coming there. They were quick to get me in for a test drive and the buying process was so simple and easy. Would recommend this place to anyone

Awesome Customer Service

I would like to say thank you Jay and her really funny manager( I forgot his name..lol) at the Athens Ga office. We came in at 8pm one night and received EXCELLENT customer service. Even though we ended up buying at car at the Gwinnett location, they don't compare to Athens. They we not bad at all in fact the manager was quite nice and kept us really hydrated but the service in Athens that we received was our deciding factor to buy a car. The only reason we didn't buy there was because they did not have the car we were looking for. A big thank to Jay and her hilarious manager! Thank you to the Gwinnett staff too!😊

I got online and looked at a truck and I set up a appointment and when I walked in I was told instantly that I needed to show my social security card so I did and was told that I needed a new one I stated that the social security card is legible and I was told that it wouldn't work and they were sorry. I drove a hr and a half for nothing. I was told that in 10 to 15 days I could get the truck what a crock of bull

Today I wanted to drive time and I gave…

Today I went to drive time and I gave them all my information and I gave them everything else that they asked for that was qualified for me to get a car. I test drove a car and I did not leave with a car. They are advertising that they do help with good or bad credit. Well it was a very bad experience and I left feeling very awful because me and my family thought that we were gonna drive away with us a new car instead we walked away. It was so sad and depressing to explain to my children That we cannot get a car today because Mom did not get approved for the banks due to my low credit I’m trying to build.Better luck Elsewhere!!!!

Salesperson was not at all…knowledgeable

Salesperson was not at all knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling us. He didn't listen any of the 20-30 times I told him I was not getting a warranty or lojack on my loan and went to grab the manager so she could then proceed to assure me that without this warranty the chances of me "going broke and filing bankruptcy" due to my entire engine needing to be replaced soon and me not being able to afford it go up.

3 months in and truck doesn’t run and they told us oh well even with top tier coverage.

At first they were helpful and on their game. We are now Three months in and we have had our truck in the shop 4 times. We paid extra for the top coverage and it still covers nothing. They do not reimburse for tow’s if the fix doesn’t fall under the “warranty”. I also understand vehicles needing repairs but we have been forking money out on repairs since the return policy was up. My truck that I’m paying good money for has sat as a heavy paper weight in my driveway because it doesn’t run!!! Drivetime has scripted responses and does nothing to help you unless it’s to take your money. (Which we pay on time and never missed a payment) I will be going to the BBB, the Ohio Attorney General’s office, the consumer financial protection bureau, and the federal trade commission with my complaints about this business. We can’t say lemon law because it is a used car and over 15k miles. So, since drivetime is of no help the only options we have is to file the complaints. It’s a shame because I once thought highly of this company till we ran into issues and we pretty much were told it is what it is. Be careful buying a car from them.

I have bought two cars from the Drive…

I have bought two cars from the Drive Time at 821 E Division, Arlington, TX. The salesman was Roddy Escalon. After 60 days, the battery had to be replaced. Three days after that, the car began stalling and losing power. The Drive time people refused to do anything about it. I am done with Drive Time and I will be letting the world know about it on all sites. I am currently following the Lemon Law guidelines in order to file charges. Silver Rock just keeps me on old until I have to hang up.

Underhanded and manipulative!

We've had the van for about 8 weeks...HALF that time (coming on to 4 weeks) it's been in the shop! The sales person, Eva Rubio Prieto, did a quick run through on the vehicle...turn blinker on, turn blinker off. Turn lights on, turn lights off. Take a "quick" test driver, "see how it feels". She also "suggested" we get the van looked at "as soon as possible". I drove the van for about 3 weeks. 2 weeks in, there was a knocking sound. When I was certain it wasn't just me in a new vehicle that I wasn't used to, I called them to let them know what I had been experiencing. 1. The knocking is coming from the front driver side. 2. The front passenger door feels as though it's rubbing against something when you open and close it. Mind you, the car fax shows that DOORS ON BOTH SIDES WERE PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT!!! But according to their "UNBIASED" representative, NOTHING is wrong with the door!! 3. The key fob has been programmed to some RIDICULOUS settings, where we cannot change the volume on the radio, nor can we do the speed limit on the interstate! I call the warranty department, let them know that I would be taking the DODGE vehicle, to the DOGE dealership to have them figure out what going on with it. The Dodge dealership took about 7 days to do their inspection and sent the list of things they found wrong to the warranty people. They denied EVERYTHING, but ONE! They denied the key fob that they gave us, that does not allow us to control the vehicle! Their "unbiased" representative drove the van for THREE minutes, and said "he HEARD nothing wrong", but the ONE thing they couldn't find a way to manipulate! According to them, the DODGE DEALERSHIP is the one who is wrong! This is my first used vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have a 6 year old special needs child, a 3 year old, AND a teenager I homeschool!!! Now I have to waste my time, fighting with people about this hunk of JUNK that I'm paying over $600 a month for because they want to LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, and MANIPULATE!! THE DODGE DEALERSHIP IS WRONG ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE DODGE VEHICLE?????

My car has had more problems than a car…

My car has had more problems than a car should have for its year. And the warranty only pays for certain things. They reimburse you for a rental at 30. A day 300 max so you are out tax and fees. This car looks good but is a disaster. Coolant smell, oil leak which is a valve gasket the drive shaft is broken and needs a ecm update. Not to mention a tire was patched on the side instead of being replace. This has been a disaster and I am out a car

Was the purchasing process easy - Yes

Was the purchasing process easy - yes! Has everything since then been great - absolutely no! I purchased my vehicle a year ago knowing I would be refinancing for a better interest rate within a year. I purchased the vehicle and the warranty which brought my total cost to $24k. This did come with an extremely high interest rate but again, I knew I was going to refinance. I instead want to trade in bc I have had nothing but issues and have had to spent about $3500 out of pocket along with other issues that were covered by the warranty. Only to find out I still $24k on my vehicle after a year and there wasnt going to be a credit for the warranty because I had filed a claim. So I owe $24k on a vehicle that has a Kelly Blue Book value of $10k. I cant refiance because of the negative equity and I cant trade it in because of how much negative equity there is. So I am screwed. I absolutely would never recommend or use them again.
