Everyone in the store was great. None of what happened was their fault but I purchased a car. It didn’t start after doing the checks on everything. Also I think after putting almost $3000 down I should have at least had a full tank of gas not an empty tank of gas to drive back And the new car that I purchased also needs a new battery .

The form said online that I was approved. After spending two hours of my time just sitting and waiting at the dealership, they said that they don't finance gig workers. I told them that on my application! They could have let me know the answer before wasting my time at the Live Oak, TX dealership.

When I stumbled upon DriveTime and have not heard of it before I was nervous about the customer service. However, the guys were very welcoming! My experience, after a difficult time with other dealerships that same day, was refreshing. Jordan Sims handled everything smoothly with a professional humbleness to him. I didn't feel pressured when the wonderful options were given. I felt at home as the guys went about their normal banter including me in their silly conversations. Other than computers wanting to act slow not just with them but banks as well that day. We were able to fill our time chatting. I will defiantly recommend DriveTime to any I hear looking for cars. And of course, I'll return when I need a new car in the future. They were transparent with their information and answered questions efficiently. Add them to your list of dealerships to visit! What made my experience great was the outstanding customer service and overall genuineness of the sales representatives. Very personable and didn’t come off desperate and pushy.
