I went to drive time to get a car the representative was very nice but to me the whole concept of drive time is a total ripoff I went in there with over 17 hundred dollars in my pocket to put down on the car they do a soft credit check on your credit report tell you that you've been approved, for this number one I should have looked at that as a ripoff when you get in there they do a hard credit check and then you come to find out you had to have to put a lot of money down on a car or you have to have a cosigner and the only way you can get a car if you have good credit if that's the case you might as well go to a real car dealership and use your credit for the first credit run not for a soft credit check so I talked to two people about the situation then I finally talk to someone that's supposed to be customer service representative she said she will get someone to call me to talk about to see what they can do for me I talked to that person and that person said he will look into it this was the other car lot that's not located on Gallatin Pike this car lot is located somewhere else that gentleman never did call me back let's keep in mind I do have two other vehicles in good shape one is Alexis 2008 ES 350 and the other one is a BMW 328i convertible drop top they're both in good shape I was going to drive time just to get another vehicle why I can use it actually for my business didn't want to put the miles on my other cars for the business that I do keep a long story short this place to me is a total rip off they tell you one thing and when they get you there they do another and I'm sure that's customers out there have went through the same thing that I went through but it's all good I went to another dealership got a vehicle have no problem but I'm please with the vehicle that I purchased from the other car dealership so on this note if you are looking for a vehicle I will highly recommend you not to go to drive time and I'm sure there's people out there that has drive time cars and they're pleased with it and I'm sure there's people out there that went to drive time experience the same thing I experienced but on this note I give drive time or two and that's all I got to say about that.

I went in to purchase a car that was pre approved I brought 2000 dollars as a down payment they were extremely rude and would not accept my paper copy of my renewed license she rejected it and. Over an hour and a half drive there and a hour and a half back. I will not be back there. I know that someone will except my paper copy of my license and will be happy that I spent my 2000 down payment on there car lot

Quick and easy experience. Best car buying experience so far. Got approval right away and Antonio had most paperwork ready and car pulled up and cleaned like he said he would by time we made it to dealership which is 2 1/2 hrs away. We were in and out within a hour.

I bought a car from drivetime at the Sanford Fl location December 2023 and be making my payments regularly with no problems not even a year since I’ve had this car and now the car has a electrical problem and they refuse to accommodate this problem which tho cost to fix it will will be 8700$ and they expecting me to pay out of pocket for this nonesense. This company is fraud and will be getting a lawyer for this, this is unacceptable. I contacted you guys customers relations and y’all literally told me that there’s nothing you guys can do about it and I am responsible for that expense.

Purchased a vehicle in Round Rock not even a month already been at the service twice they won’t let me exchange vehicle I feel like I was sold a vehicle with problems not only that first vehicle purchased where they didn’t wash and fill up the tank I left there with a empty tank and dirty vehicle no one will help me not even customer relations they basically said I’m stuck with it so frustrated !!!!
