Do Not buy a car from this place if you can avoid it! I bought a 2019 car for my daughter and also purchased thier extended warranty through Silver Rock. She's had the car exactly 6 months and placed roughly 5,000 miles on it. The car broke down due to the motor mounts breaking which then caused the serpentine belt to break. Motor mounts according to everyone but Silver Rock are part of the drive train which is covered. However, Silver Rock states since its the mounts it is not. Altough caused by the mounts, I get the belt and was willing to pay for that myself. Due to the delays and push back I got from both Drive Time and Silver Rock, I finally decided to bite the bullet and pay for the repair myself. Then it got worse....Come to find out, the motor mount has to attach to the Transmission mount/case and it was sheered off at or inside of the transmission (I do not know the proper terminology but more than happy to provide the repair estimate documents). Per two different mechanics, the only way for it to have been sheered was the car had to have been in an accident prior to purchase. This information was never disclosed to us at the time of sale. If that's not bad enough, due to the case/mount being sheered off, the transmission has to either be replaced or repaired for the tune of about $4,500.00. Again, Silver Rock warranty denied stating its not covered. I've called multiple times and get told the same answers. No one wants to take responsibility for the car being sold without disclosing an accident or for the warranty that covers both the drive train and transmission but yet refusing to pay. Neither Drive Time or Silver Rock are willing to assist and have turned a convenient blind eye. Unfortunately, both Drive Time and Silver Rock have left me no alternative other than to seek legal help. Please run as fast as you can from this place!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a 2013 Hyundai. The next day had and still has trouble, they said they had no other car to transfer to. So they sent us to a service station and never replied back to service station so we still have a jacked up car.
