Professional staff and did everything in a timely manner.
Upon entering the front door Jordan greeted me with a smile. Asked how can I help you? I explained to him I’m here for the ford eco sport car that’s on hold for me by Dylah from the charlotte store. After looking up at the computer he found my information and everything contained to go well. I’d explained I didn’t test drive the car in Charlotte. He politely gave me the keys and said people normally drive about 4/5 lights make a u turn and come back. I did that and he asked me what did I think and of course I said I’m ready to move forward with the sale. I ran into some problems downloading the apps; him and then John were very patient and helped me to complete everything. John also very kind and professional as well. After everything was done they made sure I got into the vehicle and helped me with the navigation. Again I am so grateful and thankful that Drive Time worked with me and thanks to your employees whom made everything as smooth as possible

-10 I got behind on my payments at one point and was catching them up. Then come Jan 2, 2024 and they processed my payment for December then turned around and threw my car into repossession. Even after I made a payment. All because I wasn't 100 percent caught up by the new year but was making payments. Totally messed my credit up. Bridgecrest and drivetime are the worst to ever use for a car.
The staff was fantastic. Justin worked with me through the entire process. There was no pressure to buy a certain vehicle. I told Justin what I was looking for and he came up with choices to pick from. He was absolutely wonderful.

Everyone was very nice. I was put in a pickle and I walked away with a car that same night. I did come in an hour before closing and workers stayed till 9:30 with me to help. I couldn’t appreciate it more. Will be shopping here again if anything ever does happen.

Anna Scott!!! She was amazing and professional providing premiere customer service. Anna unexpectedly called me and had me set up and ready to go. Now the Sales area needs some help. The Sales room needed some cleaning and the mens restroom was horribly disgusting. Urine and boogers were pasted to the walls and wasn't cleaned four days later when I went back to the dealership.
My salesman Sam was amazing so helpful let me know in the door what to expect and what not no shadiness upfront customer care and great service. I’ll recommend drive time and salesman Sam.
Terribly disappointed and unsatisfied! I drove with family, hours away with the EXPECTATION AND DECEIT of thinking I was reserved and prepared and ready to come home in the vehicle, come to the point I get there and the car is gone and the attitude of the staff and the Manager herself Nicole Vaughan as the rest of this drive time location team treated us me like a fly on a wall with zero sympathy, there was numerous amount of excuses and attitude given towards my aunt. Not only was gas wasted but time as well. I do not appreciate that as this causes distress on a person which is detrimental to mental health etc. Drive time could have been someone’s first point of contact and that’s the way they leave a person who took time to travel on a “done deal” as a “Manager” “Cooperation” you never leave a customer or potential client in such ways and behavior, there was no remorse. No apology. You literally could tell that I was being treated a certain way. I do believe out of some sort of retaliation. I hope no one else has to experience these things and if you have I now see what others have said to be correct.
The lady that help me was wonderful she was ful of information and very informative. But as soon as I started home. My backup camera stoped working and there also I head a popping noise in the front I took it to one of your places on your list hoping to get it fixed because I really love this jeep but I’ve never bought anything that had issues in my life from day one ! Fingers crossed it all works out so I can send more customers your way soon .

-10 Stars I bought a car and returned it 2 days later. I was told I'd receive a cancelation letter and my down-payment would be refunded. Nothing has happened! No one will pick up the phone! Terrible
I never write a bad review but I am writing this review because I have nowhere else to turn at this point. I hope the employees at the dealer see this and provide a response. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from the location at 17440 South Dixie Highway. The salesman Julio was very attentive and helped us find what I thought was the right car. We left the dealer around 9pm on Friday night. I test drove the vehicle and everything was fine. I drove home less than 10 minutes away. The next day I drove to one location 15 minutes away and back. Then I drove back to the dealer because of the A/C and was instructed to contact Silver Rock. The A/C issue I was able to resolve. However, when I drove back home I parked the vehicle. Then I went to go pick up my mom from work 20 minutes away and I started hearing grinding noises every time I would accelerate after being stopped at a red light. The sound kept getting worse after every red light. I went to auto zone and put the computer on and the diagnostic listed 3 items (transmission fluid pressure low/ anti lock brake system/ and battery voltage is 14.04) On the way back home the check engine light turned on. I called silver rock - they were closed, the dealer was closed and so I went to silver rock and communicated with AutoNation for them to come out but I would have to wait until Tuesday. Today I tried contacting wrench and was able to make an appointment for the evening window 7:45-9:45pm with Johnathan. I got email confirmation and everything. It is now 10:08pm and I have not received any communication. At this point the vehicle is still unsafe to drive and I have to go to work tomorrow. I cannot communicate with anyone until tomorrow. I am extremely upset to say the least and disappointed. I hope I receive a response.
Dylan from drivetime allentown location was excellent! He was so kind and understanding and really helped me so much. Thanks to him I was able to get my dream car for me and my kids.
