DriveTime Car Sales

I brought a 2018 Jeep Compass on August 24th 2024 and was told everything was good on the Vehicle (including the battery and alternator). The Vehicle was riding absolutely fine. Exactly a month of having the vehicle the battery died. We didn’t drive the car the day before. The car Has auto lights ( couldn’t have been the lights that drained the battery). We called DriveTime they said THE BATTERY IS NOT COVERED WITH THE WARRANTY. This information was not giving TO US PRIOR TO buying the VEHICLE . DriveTime is supposed to do a full inspection of their vehicles before selling . If they did so this problem would have been avoided.

The team work at drive time was superb! Thanks to Jay, Brian, and manager- they all worked with a positive attitude to get us in a vehicle.
