The sales person Alex was wonderfully amazing… however the gas light came on before I could drive 10 miles home and the car started having troubles starting by the following morning. Spent all my money on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra that needs to head to the shop asap. I regret purchasing there.

Worst experience ever, buying a car here. You must pay closer attention, they leave out important details. I was also lied to about the condition of the car. I went in on Friday night filled out all my paperwork and on Saturday all I had to do was pick up my car. On my way home it died on me in the middle of I 10.i was sitting there for almost 2 hours with no AC. When I called the dealership, the manager I spoke to, had no compassion and did not care what I was going through. The people at this dealership are rude and inconsiderate. I switched all of my dealings to another dealership and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I was going to have my daughter get her car through drive time. After this experience I would never recommend this place.

I am a disabled woman went in looking for a dependable car for me and my disabled mother explaining to the dealer that I was cheated on the car that I paid $4500 on and I could never get a title. I am 3536 days, and I can’t get the car to cut out. I cannot do anything. The car has all kinds of lights on it thank God that I took out the warranty, but I can guarantee you once the test come back still have to pay for it. I don’t understand why I didn’t get the test drive , the car was just pulled in the front for me and I don’t understand when I called. They said they are used cars but sell somebody a used car. They can lease last two years not 35 days. Thank you for your business. thanks how has money to make your first payment and pay the towing and a dep foe a rental car and paying people to pick me up for the doctor app and i did call and they was rude they are uses cars rigth

Anthony was nice and a friendly salesman, but I was sold a car with a bad catalytic converter less than 24 hours after buying the car it already needed to be put in the shop, also a back passenger blinker that is out i had to replace myself. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

I Brought My car back in June and the service that I received was top tier!

The assistant manager at the Brandon location was very helpful was able to get me approved right away. Got me into a car that same day. Only concern was less than an hour after purchasing and off the lot, The car made it back to my residence only to find out there was dead battery, no coolant fluids And oil levels were extremely low and very dirty. Aside from troubled waters the first few hours the buying experience was great

Before purchasing vechical i noticed tires were dry rotted and cupped,made thumping noise,made sales person aware of it and also on inspection paper,he said when you take it to repair facility they will take care of it.NOT SO! THE REPAIR FACILITY SAID TO DRIVETIME,the tires are dryrotted,cracked, and tires were dated from 2017.we are in 2024.they refused to put tires on it.!! This should be considered a SAFETY HAZARD!!

My experience with drive time was excellent my salesperson by the name of Chris was extraordinary went out of his way to make sure all my paperwork was in order before I left the place my car is exactly what I was looking for and I'm enjoyed my experience and drive time

When we went to the Cleveland store they were amazing. The SUV I really wanted was in Michigan at Eastpoint and the experience with the assistant manager was two thumbs down!!! She was driving the car I wanted it was filthy inside her crap was still in it and she was very rude!!!! There were 2 men that were great. We bought the car in August we still are on a temp tag that is about to run out!! I’ve called spoke to them still no response. I’ve left voicemails still no plates. I drove from West Virginia to Michigan to get this car and the manager acted she was doing me a favor cleaning her crap out of the vehicle. It’s been a joke I would stay away from the Eastpoint store and find the others in Michigan or better yet go to Cleveland they treat you with respect, kindness and the manager and sales team there were top of the class!! Now let’s see if I finally get a plate for my car because Ive had it!!! Well when I don’t make my car payment because I can’t drive it in 7 days then maybe someone will listen at the company!!! Can’t drive the car to work with expired plates now can I??? ***** Update******* I will say I did get help with this issue. I spoke with Jason and Justin they both were amazing!! I did speak with Shantelle at the Eastpoint store and was updated so I do thank her. Yes we had issues but in the end she did step up and help. Sierra called she also is a manager at Eastpoint and updated me with even better information. I will now say that in the end of the chaos the problem was resolved and my plates should be here Monday Oct 7,2024. On a positive note I will say the selection of cars they have were amazing. The process was started in one state and ended in another so maybe the process would be smoother had it all been done in one state. I know by putting in a bad review started to ball rolling and that turned into a ball of fire where somebody took action and got me results. I know things happen I’m not sure what did happen and I do not care at this point it is resolved. Now if my plates are not here on Monday then I will update again. So thank you Eastpoint for coming through in the end yes Shantelle I am thanking you!!

Process was smooth and not too much time in there had a nice variety of choices to select from and decent pricing

When I got there the first impression experience was not expected well and longer wait process as no information follow up after first visit but going the second time and helped by someone else Jubert from the last had me to like the experience a lot better. And was able to walk out with a car.
