Jeff H at the East Las Vegas location was absolutely Amazing!!! I definitely recommend going to see him if you need a vehicle. He was Amazing to talk to over the phone, then meeting him in person he was even better! He was very upfront about everything and explained everything without being pushy or rude. The entire process was quick and painless. Jeff is the Best!!
I started out with my initial appt on Oct 5th 2024 in Lakewood CO w/Hannah. She got the process going & I test drove a 2021 Honda Pilot fwd. Well equipped & nice! It definitely was my front runner but I also saw a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 on the web at the Denver CO location that I was interested in too. Hannah was awesome, processing paperwork, answering questions & just overall professionalism. She reserved the 2017 JGC which allowed me time to drive across town without it being sold. Thx Hannah Arrived at the Denver location, met Shae (friendly & welcoming AM). Shae introduced me to Daniel N. Daniel was just like Hannah & Shae, just great people! Anyway, kudos to Daniel for being thorough, informative, knowledgeable & very professional! I appreciated him going through every aspect of what DriveTime offers in addition to the awesome 2017 JGC 4x4 I ended up purchasing! I chose the 2017 JGC because the 4x4 fit my needs vs the 2021 fwd Honda Pilot was the selling point! I'll recommend both locations to friends & family! More importantly I'll be a repeat customer! Just another victim of Drivetime knowingly selling a lemon... Selling you a fraudulent warranty that they never intend to honor leaving you hanging out to dry.... You will ultimately be stuck paying for a vehicle for 5-7 years - but the vehicle won't even last a single year...

They explained things well. Didn't pressure me about not understanding things so they made sure everything was satisfactory with all the paperwork on your end and mine. It wasn't rushed which made it nice and it wasn't crowded.
