Your commercial is deceiving…

Your commercial is deceiving because what you see on tv is not exactly what happens at the dealership. I was instantly approved for the vehicle but was not given the option to pick my payment. Your system generated three options that I had to choose based on my credit report and not based on what I wanted like your commercial states. The interest rates are so high that you end up paying for a used vehicle that’s not even new.

Happy & satisfied

Mark made my experience exceptionally pleasant we were able to get the car we wanted we did not have to settle down payment and monthly payment fits great into our budget. Mark explained everything to us more than once and even twice he never made us feel rushed or pressured for time or to buy this location and the staff were amazing

I’ve this 2017 hyundai santa fe sport…

I’ve this 2017 hyundai santa fe sport for 3 months and the motor blew and i didn’t get the warranty because it was an extra $5,000 on the loan. Drivetime don’t care that they out here selling duds.

Beware of added scams to price of car

I didn't know when you buy a car from them that they are in business of selling insurance too, plus required to buy to be able to purchase car. The price goes from 15000 for car to 20000 added scams. Everybody really nice, but don't trust what your terms are online when you seek your car and don't waste your time test driving, get details first...

Great Day

OMG, I had the best car buying experience, my sales person Robert (Henry) Birchfield was so professional and made the experience fun, I wasn't there for a long time, he told me what my options where and didn't rush me to make a purchase. I Definitely will be referring my people to him and the team at the Arlington location. It really was a fun day.

Issues after finalizing… but Jason was great!!!!…

Jason was great at helping us through the process of getting a car. I wasn’t too happy about my options but Jason made me happy about it. The only thing that made me disappointed was the port to my vehicle DOES NOT WORK!!! I tried two different cords and nothing. I cannot utilize my Apple Car Play. Also as I ran the AC I s giving the previous owner was a smoker. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend anyone to go the DriveTime.

I have had my car for 5 months and the…

I have had my car for 5 months and the engine locked. The car had oil in it and I had gotten an oil change. It is due now for another oil change and before I could even do that the engine locked. I called them and they are worthless I am without a car the Kia dealership has my car and don’t know how long it will take to get repaired. I would not recommend Drive Time to anyone I am so upset because they are not doing anything to help me for a car that they probably knew had trouble. This place sucks!!!! I guess I am suppose to walk a 1 hour 30 minutes to work.

I had an appt

I had an appt. At 11:00. I was on time. No one came to greet me right away. I told them the car I wanted. While I was there someone else wanted the same car. I was there First. I talked to the salesperson asked for a test drive. He told me I had to wait until I sat a desk to talk to someone. 1 1/2 hors later still waiting. I informed them I had to work at 2:00. They waited on the people that came after me first the sales person kept walking past me not saying anything. I called carmax told drivetime I was going there. The difference in carmax friendly. Waited on me right away. No waiting. Left was a 2023 car and good Warrentys. Drivetime Warrentys cover nothing. I would tell everyone go to carmax they do not ignore you

This is the worst buying car experience…

This is the worst buying car experience ever. Don’t get me wrong the employees were friendly but now I see that’s only a façade. The very next morning after buying the car the ABS light came on. Within a week of buying the car I heard squeaky noises under the car. Had the hardest time trying to get the car fix because DriveTime warranty company who the contract with and the corporate sales department was difficult too much back and forth acting like they didn’t want to pay out on something that wasn’t my fault. Now maybe almost a month in I had to get an oil change. So an another month and now I need brakes and I had to get another oil change only to find out that there was a leak in the oil pan somewhere up under the car I needed an oil pan. Okay got that fixed and now again the oil is still leaking from somewhere else so another problem. Oh and I also need a tune up on the car. And now the starter went out on the car right now. I got this car January 30 and it’s only June less than 6 months only in the 5 month of having this car and I have to fix on it so much. I would not recommend Drive Time to anyone at all not to go through what I am going through with the warranty company Silver Rock or the sorry places of auto facilities that they contract with. I will never again I will be getting rid of this car soon.

Stay far away from this dealership

Stay far away from this dealership. They use deceptive practices. I purchased a 2015 BMW in Aug of 2024 it was discovered with in less than two weeks that the vehicle needed brakes/rotors me and my children could have been in an accident. Further more the car had issues with oil component and gasket. I’ve paid over 5,000 in repairs and haven’t had the vehicle for a year. Silver rock warranty is a joke they cover almost nothing. Drive time screwed me and family in a tremendous way as my vehicle is my lively hood. Totally disgusted with Drive time and staff.

Honestly I do not like the fact that DriveTime uses trackers but I just went through a long period of unemployment and had no other options. Bree however was awesome and kind and buying a car there was a pleasant experience.

I got a loan and made a appointment the same day. I met with James. He showed me a truck that did meet what I was looking for but I was concerned about the price. I did mention to him j had a loan and I think it was above the loan amount. We both was a little unsure how the loan process went because he hasn't been there that long. I spoke to a very friendly young woman at the front desk who explained the process to me. I also had to keep explaining to James that I still thought that vehicle was to much. He wasn't even trying to look for another vehicle for me. I had to tell him I wanted to look at other vehicles im not set on one vehicle and I would like to see something lower priced. He then goes to get a Nissan Arcadia or another truck that was more than the first truck. I spoke to the nice lady at the desk. Oh wait I did ask James abt another truck he did say they had a jeep. But he didn't mention what kind so I said no I didn't just want a jeep Cherokee because that's what he said. When I went to the desk the young lady said they had grand jeep Cherokees. I said oh ok I looked at them before. So James goes and gets them. Wanted me to test drive. I said no just run 2 of these Trucks. So me,one of my girlfriends and my nephew have Been there few hours. So he sends me a link and wants access to my bank account. I said I don't feel comfortable giving u access to my account. He said they need to see up until the last day or something so that's why they need access. So luckily my friend was there because she told me to take pictures of my transactions and send them to him as a email so they couldn't have access to my account. So the next thing was I receive social security and me and my mom share account. And on the statement because her name was first they told me she had to sign on as a co signer. I was like what! It said her name and for my name. But if he would have flipped the paper I had my own paper with just my name on it. I never went through this. I paid off my other truck a little over a year ago . And didn't need her or anyone to sign for me. I was selling my truck and was getting something else. Now I will take my loan without needing mom to sign and purchase a vehicle somewhere else! You should have flipped the page because you lost out n a sale! ... Your reply sounds stupid and automated! Still doesn't make up for the fact that I had my own approved financing! And your only problem was from what I was told both me and mom's name was listed on paperwork. And her name was on top. So she needed to sign but I was approved for the loan. Then I had separate paper with just my name and my deposit. You just wanted her to be a co signer. But after reading the reviews from BBB! I'm so glad this happened! Because your reviews are horrible on there! So thank you

My son bought a car about three weeks…

My son bought a car about three weeks ago. Came to visit me from Greenville sc to Anderson sc. by the time he got to my house he had an oil leak. We put oil and he went home. He called the dealership and was to take it to the service company they use. He did today. They want Almost $1400.00 for repairs not covered in warranty. Please tell me there is someone that can help. 2020 vehicles cost almost $17000.00 dollars and is just a big piece of metal that doesn’t work.

Awesome Car Buying Experience!

Josh greeted me with open arms and a huge welcoming smile! Chris Ramirez was my salesman. Chris was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about. He did not pressure me or try to sell me what he thought I needed. Thanks Chris!! No shortage of friendly employees there, everyone was cordial! It was a great experience, now to pay the note!!:-)
