If I could give a zero i would!!! Do not buy a car from here. I bought a truck in October 2023 and it has been in the shop on their maintenance program, if you bought it, since February. I need out of my contract after 3 engine replacements later,thousands of dollars later, me spending money on what should have been found prior to buying it, and the company they work with sends the same engine back.i have been to 3 mechanics. I'm paying monthly payments on a truck I haven't had in my possession since March 2024

1/5- Drive Time Nightmare "Warning: Avoid Drive Time at all costs! I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Drive Time on July 2nd, 2024, with 81580 miles. Just months later, I've experienced catastrophic failures: . Engine failure . Transmission failure . Oil cooler radiator failure . Antifreeze reservoir failure Before the warranty expired, I contacted Drive Time about performance concerns. They sent me to their recommended diagnostic shop, but they refused to run tests since there was no dashboard warning light was present. This lack of proactive service has led to costly repair. Details: . Purchase: July 2nd, 2024 . Mileage at Purchase: 81,580 . Issues: Engine, Transmission, Oil cooler radiator, Antifreeze reservoir failures . Diagnostic attempt: Denied due to no warning light Drive Time prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. Their inadequate service has left me stranded with a malfunctioning vehicle and a hefty financial burden.

It was ok I guess but only problem is that everytime I ask a question because I wanted to be sure I felt like the guy was kinda getting annoyed at me but if I’m trading my car I want to know everything about what I’m getting myself into I feel like it shouldn’t be a problem so again I’m kinda confused because to see about my oil change I want to see the little paper that goes on the window and if I have a problem I hope someone actually talks to me instead of rushing because it’s not fair you want good business you gotta treat people with good business and respect and kinda help and ask questions it could be stupid but just listen and help that your job
