Got a car there was a broken part and I had to go get it from autozone for $70. Asked for reimbursement and was not given any options, only told no. Next time they should really look over their cars better. It was clearly a broken part no on could miss.

Get the extended warranty because you will need it. Had my Ford for 11 days, eleven days and the driver shift completely stopped working. Couldn’t drive it until I got it towed to the mechanic and fixed. CFPB has a lawsuit. They need to be looked at closer! CFPB took action against a "buy-here, pay-here" car dealer. Drive Time must pay $8,000,000 as a civil money penalty, end its unfair debt collection tactics, fix its credit reporting practices, and arrange for harmed consumers to obtain free credit reports.
We did the down payment calculations before we went to look at the dealership. Made everything so easy Matt was wonderful to work with! Knew his stuff and helped with anything we asked.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My engine went in 60 days, and Silver Rock did not pay for it. The suv had a lot of water damage, could not get tire off to fix flat. It had rust from water damage. You're gonna pay 3 times what the car is worth.
Google is asking, "What is this company doing well?" I suppose that the answer has to be: EVERYTHING! I've been in retail sales and sales management nearly my whole life, and I honestly don't think that I have seen nor experienced anything as well run as the Tulsa Drive Time. My personal -- and this is difficult to find the right label -- salesperson was Natalie. She must have drawn the short stick (they don't do that there, but humor me) because she was introduced to me as soon as I stepped on their lot -- which was every bit as clean as the interior of their sales building, which was immaculate. Not only the consummate professional, Natalie had the patience of a trained behavioral health provider. She stayed focused on her work while simultaneously presenting as finding interesting my all-too-many stories. If this beautiful young woman had to deal with too many boring antiques -- such as I have become -- she would never be able to fulfill the trustimgj dreams of the multitude of people she assists every week. I actually asked her about how many people could she hand keys to in her most productive days, and she said that she could make four gratefully appreciative car buyers in a single day. Her management team and coworkers were equally as supportive and helpful. My mechanic and his crew examined the car that Natalie sold to me, and found it to be everything that she said it to be, and more I told Natalie and a couple of her team members that I could and would verbalize/institutionalize/submit an expression of my wholly positive experience at Drive Time Tulsa, but I have been at a loss as for how to properly maximize the superlatives without seeming fantastic. I will have to relate a small unlikely byproduct story to finalize the depth of my gratitude over this transaction: A close friend of mine, upon hearing about my purchase of this beautiful car, asserted that it would only be a short time before I experienced buyer's remorse (cognitive dissonance) and that she was already experiencing it FOR me, and to such an extence, that she could no longer be my girlfriend. I was then forced to tell Vanessa that I would not be joining in her negativity, and that she never was my girlfriend, anyways. This purchase was so positive on so many levels that it is almost impossible to quantify or qualify. BTW, my mechanic said that he and his people rated my car as if it were a NEW car purchase... and then he told me that he couldn't believe how FAST this little beast was! I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Who told you that you could take my new car out for a joy ride?!?!!!?" So that's my story.

Somthings is rotten in the state of Denmark!! Fits so well describing drive times customer assistance and the reliability of the vehicles they sell. OUT OF 2,400 customers , 5,150 warn the public do not buy a car from drive time. Most saying the cars broke down not long after taking possession and drive time washed their hands leaving them with lengthy payments and no vehicle to drive Yet they some how Retain a 4.5 star rating. This many bad reviews should be alarming to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from drive time. I personally contacted drive time and there response was ((you know every one has different experiences and opinions )) INot what I expected to hear.back from them. When making a large purchase that usually comes with years of monthly payments the last thing you want to read is one out of five customers say DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME.Dont just look at the total star rating take time to read what the previous customers are saying I HAVE COME TO TRUST ( trustpilot ) by taking the time to read the reviews you can quickly get an insight about a company especially ones that comes with years of monthly payments. There main business is approving people with bruised credit so they sell bruised cars. TAKE YOUR TEST DRIVE RIGHT TO A MECHANIC AND INVEST IN A PROFESSIONALS JUDGMENT IT JUST MIGHT SAVE YOU YEARS OF ♥️HEADTACHE♥️
Needed to find a car with not much time to do so abid from drive time was amazing and got us in a new ride .

I didn’t like the fact that my payments are showing to be $699 when they were originally quoted as being a little more than $600. My salesman said the monthly payments would go down after my full down payment was made.
