First I am a REAL customer, this is not a fake or BOT generated review. I purchased 2 vehicles YEARS ago thru DT when they first came to the Dallas metroplex. I’m so glad I went back. I went to the location in Plano at 1030 Central Expressway. Cash (my sales rep) and Josh (GM) were AMAZING! The process was sooooo easy! I did the pre-app online and submitted a photo of my DL thru a secure link. Everything was verified by the time I arrived the next day. Josh stayed in contact with me via text until I arrived. He wasn’t pushy, naggy or annoying like some dealerships. Cash asked me what was important to me in a vehicle, plugged the data in and the first vehicle that popped up met 99.9% of what I was looking for. I was literally in and out in under 2hrs. They even give you a check list to check EVERYTHING down to if there’s a spare tire included. Good, Bad or No credit give DT a try!! -Tamara

Although the selection was very limited Braxton helped me pick out a car that fits my lifestyle. I'm getting back into the dating scene and I needed something sexy. Clay took over the next day and he had a lot of patience which was needed cause I came in hangry. Overall great experience.

PLEASE save your sanity and DO NOT buy a car here. i bought a 2014 Jetta on 9/26/2024. It is now 11/14/2024 and my car has been in the shop THREE times! the car either stalls, shuts off or won't turn on. I was also sold the car BY REGGIE (SO DON'T USE HIM) and the car was GIVEN TO ME WITH BAD BREAKS AND NO ONE DISCLOSED THAT. they also gave me the wrong plate number and had to mail me a new one. I am looking into a lawsuit and if you bought from here, you should too! i would give zero stars if possible. the manager joe will also not call you back!

Josh and Chris were the two worst people in life to deal with got there and the car was on flat and also wouldn’t start come to find out two front tires had a total of four nails three in one tire positive battery cable broken won’t hold charge so they tell me to call silver rock f#%* you mean they should’ve took care of that

If I can give negative stars I would. I purchased a vehicle at the end of August, by mid September I started to have serious issues with it. The engine started to overheat, there were leaks everywhere, the battery needed to be replaced, the water outlet needed to be replaced, and come to find out the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced (totaling $3000 worth of repairs). I put down nearly $2K, have had to pay for insurance, and a nearly $600 car payment for a vehicle that I have not driven in nearly 3 months. The warranty that I purchased only wants to cover a small percentage of the repairs. Denise in customer relations is a terrible help. She claims she has not received emails that were clearly sent. She claims she has called me when she clearly has not. Basically just a liar. I bought a 🍋 with roughly 36K miles on it that had faulty repairs and drive time either leaves me on hold for long periods of time or keeps transferring me. I am fed up and will be suing them. Stay away from Drivetime at all costs. You have been warned.
