Excellent customer service
Don't lie online it said I was approved 0 down $303.00 a month . Went to dealership 1rst car I was approved on didn't exist I mean they say it must have been sold already. Then the online approval means nothing. BIG WAIST OF TIME THE ONLINE APPROVED BULLSHIT ISN'T TRUE. And it was at 1515 E Bell road and it want let me select that location it doesn't even show up in the list.

Very helpful. It helps knowing which vehicle you are interested in so they can have it ready for view when you arrive. Process was smooth and the staff are very friendly.

I was initially pleased with the vehicle, but they sold me a LEMON! When I first got the vehicle, the clock was not working, and the gas door would not close properly. I called and spoke with the salesperson at DriveTime, who told me to have the vehicle placed on a diagnostic machine. We were only talking about the gas door and the clock at this point. Shortly after, I noticed something hanging from my truck. I took it to two different places, where I was told it was the water guard. They advised me to call the dealership to have it replaced, which I did. However, I was told I didn’t need the part. They informed me that they didn’t have the part but recommended I take it to a nearby shop to fix it cheaply. This all happened within my 30-day warranty period. The claim that I was asked for pictures is false was never asked for anything. Instead, I was brushed off and directed to a no-name shop because DriveTime did not want to fix the issue! Additionally, the wrong tires were installed on my truck. I was told the tires were brand new, yet I ended up with three flat tires that blew out on the freeway, putting my life in danger. I had no choice but to pay for new tires myself. They would rather I would have driven on the rims or died. I was not offered any reimbursement. Instead, I was told that an investigation would be conducted with no guarantee of approval. The bottom line is that the tires provided were too small for the truck, which jeopardized my safety. DriveTime responded that they cannot offer reimbursement which I told them was unacceptable. If I had died on the freeway because of your negligence, then what? I told them that i8 thought this was a reputable company to purchase a car from. The advertisements seemed honest and legitimate, but in reality, they sell people lemons, misrepresent vehicle conditions, and fail to consider the inconvenience caused to buyers. I demanded a reimbursement for the issues caused by their negligence and dishonesty. The way I am being treated is utterly ridiculous, and I want to make others aware of my experience.
Gave it 2 because the people would nice. But the car suck. I have not had that car for more than 60 days, and i am having issue after issue. Do not EVER GET A CAR FROM THEM. You’re better off going to a real dealership or a side one. Then they won’t fix everything on the car, which I believe within 90 days EVERYTHING should be covered.
DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVETIME, The sell LEMONS. They say they do a 20 point check on car before it goes on Floor, NOT the do not Try and talk to them about it and all you get. Awww I’m sorry that’s happening from sales staff and Customers Relations. What a Great Scripted Comment. Ridiculous

Very professional environment. First time purchasing a vehicle where I was literally in and out. Our salesman made us feel welcomed and seen and most importantly not pressured. Will be sending my family members to DriveTime for sure. I actually ended up finding a Mazda at the Pensacola DriveTime but Tallahassee helped me with all my paperwork and had the vehicle reserved for me. all I had to do was sign my papers there and walk out with my new car within 20 minutes later.
Easy to get the car I wanted and the paperwork was so easy I didn’t even step foot in the dealership till I picked the car up. The team worked hard to get me the suv I wanted and with no hassle.
Colt and Branden were the best help. I drove off knowing the car like I owned it for years. Thank you guys again and all of Drive Time for a very comfortable journey.

I would recommend staying away from this. Most vehicles APR are over 19% that is so predatory. They are not looking out for the consumer but for their pocket books.
