Had a bad experience there. They me sold me a bad car . The car Was in accident i had a lot to fix on the car. Try to give the car back to them they told me no. Be careful of going there they Selling cars, that's not good. If I was you. I wouldn't go there to buy a car

It was an experience and it’s been a long. Frank was great with explaining and trying to get me in and out since it was 45 mins to close but he didn’t let me empty handed. Car runs perfect. I pleased about the experience and the service that him and another guy helped me with.

Great customer service! They made sure you walk out of there with a car. Their payment plan is set up in a way that won't hurt your pocket. They have a great selection of cars in very good conditions. I would buy more cars from here in the future and recommend it to everyone. I had a great experience!

I have been reading reviews on this place because li am contemplating buying a vehicle from you. The problem is I see to many negative reviews and generic responses to them from drive time recommend calling customer relations but the problem is people are saying your company is not helpful and gives people the run around when calling your CR dept. Yet you don't respond addressing these claims.. when they say they have purchased a lemon you g8ve another generic response about 30 day warranty or 5 day return policy even though a bunch of major issue generally don't show up until the vehicle has had some drive time yet people are even saying your not honoring that 30 day policy and you repeat same generic response... so I have been a master tech for years now and I have worked in dealerships and used car businesses i know the game I also know things are some times missed that's just a tech being human.. the problem is when it's not fixed for the customer which even if it 1 out of 10 customers that get stuck with that lemon I'm sorry I don't wanna take that chance.. you have a lot of good reviews but the negative ones are very concerning
First, y'all sold my family a busted ass vehicle, and now since we reported it and told them to pick the shitty vehicle up, TELLING THEM all of the problems we've faced with it, having to replace the motor TWICE and it hasn't even been for more than a few years, finally getting rid of the busted ass vehicle and now you all want to sue us.. Screw you all and your shitty company.
I had excellent service from Staff and my sales agent. He answered all questions and concerns and was very patient respectful and polite. I appreciate there patients and courtesy. I would recommend any one looking for a car to check out drive time before they make any decisions on other Carlots.
