I want to use this medium to ask Ugur to please 🙏 pay me back my money. I will share my experience if he fails so that everyone will judge us. This Ugur is a drivetime instructor.
Do not do Buisness with this company! I financed a 2013 Chevy equinox from this location with the drive time care protection warranty and six months after the purchase , the car needed a whole new engine . after dealing with silver rock for about 4- 5 months I finally get my car repaired . Here we are now 2 years later and the same car needs a whole new engine again but this time the warranty company wants me to pay $3000 out of my pockets to help them replace the engine they inspected and chose to use for my vehicle all while I still have to pay almost 500$ a month to the loan company . Long story short don't trust this company they fail to properly hold up there end of the deal. I hope this helps someone in near future.
Johnanna is AWESOME! She explained everything in great detail and was soo patient with my picky self. Got the deal done and am extremely happy and grateful
I sold cars and trucks for over 11 years. Went back into law enforcement 5 years ago. Recently divorce. Credit was bad. My ex wife who is still my friend bought her 2nd car from Drivetime 3 months ago. Told me to go see Tia. The best and easiest car buying experience ever. No bullcrap. In and out with the vehicle of my choice within a hour!
Tomeka and Alberto came to my rescue when I was in a bind! I was limited on time, money, and credit! They worked with me and had me in a great car for a great price within a few hours! I can't thank them enough for helping me through this journey!
We have had an awful experience. The 2nd day we had it the electronics went out. Got appointment a week later only to be told they didn’t do that kind of work. Another week for appointment at dealership and broke down the day before. Had to tow it to dealership. Took 5 days to diagnose. And not approved for rental for 5 days. So after 2 weeks we don’t have a car and had to pay for rental. Got approval for rental but only covers 1/2 the cost per day. All on a car we’ve had less than 3 weeks. And still haven’t got approval for all the repairs it needs. And they are trying to charge me for out of service dealer. Problems started on day 2 of owning and still ongoing with new problems
Dante and Rosa were extremely friendly and helpful with helping me select my perfect ride. Thank you so much.
Where to begin. Well, I needed a car fast and these guys approved me quickly so I figured it was my best option. Not only am I having issues it was also sold to me at a price that was much too high but like I said I was in need of a car fast so I sucked it up and made the purchase. I really wish I would have purchased a vehicle somewhere else... First off they sold me a car with no oil in it. After about 2 weeks of owning it the oil light came on and when I checked the oil dip stick it did not register any oil on the stick. 3 months or so later when I took it for an oil change the mechanic told me there is a severe oil leak. They put some oil leak stop fluid in but that didn't solve the issue. That's problem number one. Now the battery is bad after only a few months of ownership I have to dish out $300 for a new battery.. the check engine light keeps coming on and going out after a couple days. This has happened several times since I bought the car. I had called the dealership in Allentown and spoke to a salesperson and told me they couldn't do anything about it and This was only 2 weeks after I made the purchase. I see that they have a 4.2 star rating.. not really sure how they got that.. hopefully other people who spent their hard earned money on a vehicle got a more reliable, solid car than what I was sold. I really hope that is the case. My car is a 2018 Hyundai sonata black in color. I know I should prob call the dealership again but I do not have any confidence that they would even care about my issues so don't want to waste my valuable time.. If you ask me my honest opinion about purchasing a vehicle from drive time I would have to strongly recommend you do not. Again, maybe my experience is not like others but if my car was sold to me with no oil and a bad battery and a check engine light that keeps coming on I seriously doubt they performed any maintenance on this or any other vehicles they sell.
My experience was great. The thing I like most was that I was not turned away. They were willing to work with me and everyone was polite. Mrs. Tameka was very helpful and very nice. I will be referring people to this company.
The staff here are amazing and walk you through every step necessary to purchase your car
Great experience mak it so easy to get finance hair was great
There's no way they inspect these cars. Mine needed brakes, rotors, and struts ($2500 total expense across these 3 things), and I spent $300 to fix a bent tie-rod that was so bad the technician had to grind it off the car. I should have gotten a full inspection the day after purchase and then returned the car, though they shouldn't claim the cars have been inspected and repaired when they've obviously never even tried to identify problems. I have a hard time believing they actually inspect anything. I suppose it was a red flag when they insisted I give a 5-star review before leaving on the day I bought the car, too. They ignored my request to discuss reimbursement, and it was outside their 30 day warranty by 1 day when it was discovered. I'll never buy there again, and suggest you don't either.
Sean is a great salesman very understanding, and professional and got the job done.
Awesome service, from the time I walk in the door until the time I finished my paperwork. The professionalism was absolutely spot on.
Drive time in savannah is the best
Do not abuy a car from here!!! They will sell you a car with issues and refuse to fix it! This is your warning ⚠️, if you still proceed to purchasing a car from them you will regret it!
