All our vehicles go through our inspection process which is backed by a Limited Warranty for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy, that allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If you have additional questions, please send us a DM or call our Customer Relations Department at (888) 290-0148. This was Drivetime's response, they never addressed the issue from the beginning and gave me the run-around telling me my issue was withn Silver Rock (their warranty company and Bridgecrest their finance company. If you can avoid this company, I recommend you do so.

Ladies! Please Read…

I waited over a month to write my review as I wanted to make sure I’d still feel the same way after having my vehicle for a few weeks, and I do. My experience, coming into the store by myself, and as a woman, was shockingly wonderful. I had mentally prepared myself to be treated as I have many times in the past by car dealers, with lack of respect and unknowledgeable. Instead I experienced just the opposite. I had a particular car in mind and I had been looking for several months. The Drivetime store (in Wichita) I visited did not have my car I wanted in the lot. I thanked them and left. However I couldn’t get over the professional and respectful way I was treated by every single employee in the store. So I decided to buy from this company simply for that reason. And I’m so glad I did. I went back the next day and with no hassle, relatively quick and in a relaxed atmosphere left with my Jeep! And I’m very pleased with my purchase still a month later. So ladies, if you’re worried, stressed or just hesitant about buying a car this is the place to go. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a vehicle and/or that may just be unsure about the car buying process. They will be patient and answer any and all questions you may have. I’d especially like to shout out a thank you to Zach for all your help. You made the process so much easier then expected. Much appreciated!

I have bad credit

I have bad credit , Drivetime worked with me and im so very grateful for them , Tamika helped me with purchasing and she was absolutely the nicest, patient & helpful . I definitely will never go anywhere else for further vehicles, the whole experience at drivetime was easy and i love the way everyone worked together as a team , that made this process faster and easier !

I had the worst experience with them!!!

I had the worst experience with them. The 1st sales woman was rude & unpersonable. I still purchased my vehicle. Omg did I love it, it was a GMC Terrain. Four days later the check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle for another one. But they didn't have anything I liked. So they put me in something until they got more inventory in. So I was waiting for more inventory to come in. They never received any so I returned that vehicle for a refund. They never sent the email that night or the next day prolonging the time for me to get my money back. And kept telling me sending a simple email was a process. Bottom line I will NEVER EVER purchase a vehicle from Highland Indiana Drive Time. Rude, disrespectful, liars that play with people time and money like its personal. I worked for it, I can purchase & decide what I want to spend my money on or not. I shouldn't be mistreated because of it!!!!!

There's so much to say about my car sales man. Well first off his name is Andrew, Andrew was down to earth. He took my interest with compassion and sincerity. He was not just about my purchase, we had a lot in common and he also was very informative about my vehicle.

Very helpful and understanding of my needs

Blake at the Fort Worth location was so helpful. He understood what i was looking for and what I wanted in a car. Blake answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to get me in a car and drive it off the lot same day. He was super sweet to my son, he is 8, and answered his questions without being annoyed with him. Blake thank you so much for everything you did to help me.

SHADY SHADY SHADY

Went in to trade 2 cars for 2 cars, had appraisal paperwork sitting in my car, and when their manager went to appraise them HE STOLE THE PAPERWORK OUT OF MY CAR AND PRESENTED IT AS THEIR OWN! Then just laughed it off like everything was ok. Dashcam caught everything so that'll be sent to upper management. Bottom line is do NOT leave anything of value in your car, they WILL steal it!

Jasmine made my experience very good…

Jasmine made my experience very good and she has a satisfied customer. She made sure even though i knew what i wanted i had multiple choices to ensure i got what i wanted and happy with my decision. She was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 2.5 hours. Everything was explained in entirety. Everyone including management was extremely nice and accomodating. Best experience ever. I recommend Drive Time to EVERYONE, ask for Jasmine.
