Do not ever waste your time with this company they will tell you one lie after another & get your hopes up & shoot them down, I really did not research enough on this company, Now after reading the reviews I am glad they decided to not get me approve. Just do not waste your time & breath, they will shoot you a line of crap.
I purchased my vehicle from drivetime in Gainesville Fl towards the end of November 2024, now 2 months later of me having the vehicle it is knocking. Took it to an in service mechanic and they said i needed a new motor and Cadillac converter. My warranty does not cover the Cadillac converter so they want me to pay $5k out of pocket for this part when i believe that is not fair one bit. Also the oil was not changed when i purchased the car so now there is dirt and sludge all in the oil. Highly dissatisfied and will never use drivetime nor recommend them to anyone.
My fiancee needed a car because another car care business had ruined the engine in her Camry. After reviewing several possible car dealerships, she decided on DriveTime in our hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. We arrived at 4:30 on Saturday, January 11, fully aware that they closed at 6:00. A wonderful salesman, Brian Reese, found her a Mazda6 Touring that she loves. He provided us a test drive, and he tended to all the necessary paperwork. When the episode extended into Saturday night, Brian expressed no fatigue, impatience, or frustration. When State Farm took a little longer to confirm my fiancee's coverage, he kindly waited for the process to be completed successfully. We finally were able to drive home the car at 10:30. Brian had respectfully seen to our needs with skill and care. One of his coworkers disappointed me by trying to get us to leave and complete the task Monday. If that had been the case, we would have departed and we would have gone to another dealership Monday. That is an interesting business model, to make customers feel uncomfortable and to rush them out the door to seek out a competitor. Brian did not let his coworker's comments affect our situation, as he continued to treat us in a gentlemanly manner for the entire time. My fiancee loves her car. Brian Reese is an excellent representative of your company. He deserves a raise and a promotion!

I'm not real happy with drivetime i got approval online I drove to dealership missed worked to go get a vehicle I was approved online for 895 down and that was without trade in with my car.my car is old and runs but was offered 500 for scrap price they only offered me 250 trade in value. .when I got there down payment changes from 895 to 1400.. basically false advertisement
