I had a appointment and asked before I drove a hour to the appointment about my paper temp license and was told I could get a vehicle. I made it to the appointment on time had truck with car trailer in case a issue and done all paperwork and last step was to test drive and thay would not let me because of the license that I was told was fine very disappointed and felt like all thay wanted was to get me in door told me I could bye car but can’t take it home

I had a lot of anxiety but once he showed me the numbers match what i expected that really put me at ease. Next thing you know I was driving home in a new car that was better than I expected to get. We bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV on August 16, 2024. On August 17, 2024, the engine light came on and we took the SUV to the Hyundai dealership here in San Antonio Texas and was told the car's engine and gears were shot, also it has an oil consumption problem. We bought this SUV from Eric the salesman who pressured us to buy the Silver rock warranty, an additional $7000.00 on top of the $17,000 price. We were told it would cover all these issues so we thought we will be ok. WRONG! We contacted SilverRock and they refused to fix it. If we pay every single payment of $282.80 for 157 payments we will have paid $45,000 dollars for a SUV that is basically worthless. We called the dealership and spoke with Eric and the manager and they too refused to do anything. We have since spoken to others who have had similar issues and SilverRock would do nothing. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Vince the sales person and Michael the store manager are wonderful people! The other two associates, I never learned their names, were both equally wonderful! The receptionist greeted me and told me about the refreshments they offered while I waited. The area was clean and warm and the music selection was excellent! I am very pleased with Drivetime and if the caliber of people at the Maplewood office in Minnesota is any indication of the quality of people Drivetime recruits then I say kudos to them!
