Patience

I bought the vehicle in December 2024…

I bought the vehicle in December 2024 and haven’t stopped having issues yet with my car. I even called the people who sold the car and they stated that there was nothing they can do due to 5 days passing. I’ve utilized their extended warranty and after 1 month from getting the car fixed for the fourth time, I’m stuck for the fifth time having to pay $5000 due to their extended warranty stating that they cannot fix it. Please be careful! This was not worth it and now I’m struggling having to figure out how to get me and my children around. Mind you these are major issues such as my radiator, blown gasket, and now my rimming fuel

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DRIVETIME!!! Provided proof of w2 income check stubs and per diem earned through employment which they turned around and said they treated it as 1099 income with a physical w2 in front of them showing taxes and social security were withheld. Then wanted to change the down payment amount to something higher at the last minute. Wasted an entire day for a company that treated income illegally with verifiable proof. Constantly tried pushing a car when we wanted an SUV

The good........The bad........The really bad

The good..... First I do have to say the staff is incredibly friendly . They made it a simple quick experience. No issues there The bad..... I purchased a vehicle the end of September 2024 . Mid to end January 2025 , my vehicle doesn't run . Inside of four months ownership , the battery went dead . Ok this happens the vehicle is a 2017 with the original battery . I bought a new battery paid for install , disappointing but not the end of the world . The really bad...... I was sold a vehicle with a bad alternater . Fortunately I did get the warranty , hoping it actually helps me , that remains to be seen . I did use a recommended mechanic through the insurance . Parts are ordered , waiting for them to arrive . In the meantime I'm without a vehicle and have been for days . EXTREMELY disappointing considering what I'm paying for the vehicle . I've even missed a few days of work due to not having a working vehicle . Don't call the dealership , no point . Nothing can be done on the dealership level . I was given what I can only assume is a "customer help"number that was literally no help . I was told "sir it's a used vehicle." I completely understand that but I would expect it to last more than four months . I have to add this is my second vehicle with drivetime , the first one paid off so I purchased another . With that being said I would think there would be more in place to help me , but sad to say there isn't. Vehicle doesn't run Money out of pocket Missed work I know this isn't everyone's experience , but this has been mine . Not here to bash , completely unbiased , just being 100% real . I'm disappointed. When this vehicle is paid off , I don't think there will be a third

Daniel at the Fairfield location made…

Daniel at the Fairfield location made this the easiest car buying experience ever, there was no BS car sales schemes it was hey put this down payment on this car and drive it home. If you can't get approved anywhere else I would head right to here and end your search.
