PERFECT PURCHASE

I am so happy with my purchase. I went to drive time and I had the pleasure of having CJ help me Find my PERFECT vehicle. He was very PROFESSIONAL! very FRIENDLY! and an AMAZING! AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! sales person. His personality and knowledge of cars really impress me. I went into drivetime I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and CJ may that happen. I told him I needed the perfect vehicle for my grandchildren all 7. He did not encourage me to settle with the first vehicle that I test drove, he knew that I was on a mission to find the perfect vehicle. And that was accomplished thanks to CJ. He went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. He took extra steps in helping to make sure that it happened. He gave me advice on how to get this vehicle what I needed to do to make things happen. He did not give up on me and I'm so happy I did not give up on him. CJ is a very PASSIONATE SALESMAN and he's very passionate about his family and that really really impressed me. Believe it or not he spoke very loving and passionately of his wife and children. I was there from 10am til probably 3pm Taking my time making sure that I had that perfect vehicle CJ did not get a upset and he did not get lunch until later in the evening,once I was completed with my purchase. So sorry CJ you didn't get a lunch until late I know you were starving I could hear your stomach rumbling "LOL" Thank you CJ for your IMPECCABLE, OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL,QUALIFIED SALESMANSHIP. Matthew was an amazing find

Matthew was an amazing find! He helped me through the whole process with no issues. He was cordial, explained everything fully, and was informative throughout. I would definitely recommend having him as your salesperson. He was outstanding!

Do not finance here unless you have no alternatives.

The car has been fine I've had it since '21 , the car was originally 10k, I currently owe 12k on a 10k car after 4 years, unless it's absolutely necessary do not use DT. 27k for a car that sold at 10k is utterly ridiculous.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at DriveTime, all thanks to Blake and Jon! Blake was incredibly patient and helpful, spending time with me and my family to ensure we found the perfect vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the car I originally purchased had an unexpected issue, but that’s where Jon, the manager, truly went above and beyond. He worked quickly to get me into the same year, make, and model as my original car, making the exchange process seamless and stress-free. The paperwork was fast and easy, and he made sure I left completely satisfied. Both Blake and Jon turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a 5-star customer experience. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers, DriveTime (and especially these two) is the place to go! Highly recommend! 🚗💯

DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME !!!! Less than six months after buying a car from this lot my steering cut out. Took it to a mechanic to find out my ENTIRE steering column is corroded and needs replaced and OF COURSE it’s conviently not covered by warranty. Car was a total piece of shit, and now im out 30k and still have no car to drive. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADEY DEALERSHIP.

Poor customer service, Poor quality and very disappointed!

I bought this 2017 Kia Sportage on 1/23/24. At first it seemed to be a good used car. Two weeks later it started making a noise we couldn't put our fingers on but it soon stopped. Then 6 months later, it stopped and had to be towed. My husband had to put an alternator on and it started running great. Two weeks later it stopped again. We replaced the alternator but also had to buy a new battery. A month later had to put a key switch on and yes another battery because the bad alternator damaged that battery. I have had this car towed 4 times including today. We only have the one car. My husband had to miss working today to get this "lemon" back home. I called customer service and was told I needed to take it to one of the repair shops. I don't know how when the idiot car isn't running. Then I was told they don't cover engine parts. Seriously! I asked if I could exchange it for another car since by now I've put over a thousand dollars into it but was told I needed to bring it in to see how much they could appraise it for but if it was less than I owed they COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK! The lady told me I could take it to another dealership to see I could trade it. I will NEVER, EVER buy a car from this place again. The TV ads make them sound like they really care about you but all they care about is your money.

Went to apply for a car

Went to apply for a car. Since my husbands address was not updated at Secretary of State they flagged him for identity theft and then wanted us to jump through hoops to get it cleared. Even after we had it updated and signed an SSA form. Walked out and won’t be back. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend!!

I have had a car for 7 days from the…

I have had a car for 7 days from the north Pittsburgh location. Head Gasket is no good in it! Warranty company doesn’t work with any of the licensed car mechanics in my area. Drive time refuses to help put me in a different vehicle because I’m two days past the return policy. Put maybe 300 miles on the car. Obviously the car was fixed up to where it would not over heat for so many miles so they could get it sold. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Exceptional Customer Service

I drove 3 hours to the Woodbridge, VA location this past Friday and was assisted by Jamie and Travaras. I was greated with a smile by Travaras and he even recognized me by my license information I sent earlier for verification. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with the exact car I wanted that night. They even stayed after hours for me to complete the process. I was more than grateful for the service I received and thankful for everything he did to make sure the car I wanted was in my possession by the end of the transaction. I've never had someone go to the lengths he did to prevent me from having to come back to the dealership the next day and fight that Richmond traffic for a second time. Patience will surely get you far. Thank you both for your assistance with the process. Check them out! They will make sure to get you in a new ride! I love my new car :-)!

Helpful and informative employees

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Very respectful and friendly. I was approved for a much more luxury and comfortable suv. I would recommend DriveTime to anyone looking to purchase or lease a nice reliable car.

Brian and Zach at the south beach store are absolutely amazing, those young Men had me in and told them what I wanted what I had down and spotty credit history, and exactly what I asked for is what I got payments right where I needed. Far KING awesome. Thanks again gentlemen.

they sold my information

i started getting spam calls about cars first thing in the morning after i put in my information, meaning they sold my info. they denied my request for them to not sell or share my information. edit: they requested i contact them, but i already tried that and they ignored me.

I would never buy a car from here they…

I would never buy a car from here they gave me false information about the so called car fax ,,found out my car had major hail damage all over it to were it is really not a safe car as was not repaired correctly and they will not do nothing to make it better ,they say they warranty the car but you really paying for it and it does not cover shit ,had a ball joint also come off it had no keeper on it !

They take advantage for people don’t have a good credit and those who they think they don’t know anything about finances, very high interest rate, Ex a car cost $19k will cost you $40+. They will give you trash car and lie to you.
