My experience with DriveTime in Glen…

My experience with DriveTime in Glen Burnie Md was excellent, my rep CJ was outstanding, explained everything in detail, he was very down to earn and knowledgeable about the process. The assistant and general managers were awesome also, thank you all.

I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and not…

I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and not even a month into having it my radiator went out. Got it fixed but shortly after that it yet again went out, not only that but We figured out there was also a cracked head gasket. Don’t recommend this place AT ALL

We’re extremely happy and satisfied with Drive Time 3227 SSW Loop 323 Tyler, Tx location with the purchase of our 2019 Kia Sorento EX.The only reason we where looking for a car is because my 2011 Kia Sorento engine died on the way back from a FastPitch softball tournament. We had checked several other car dealerships. We were returning a rental to Enterprise when I remembered there was a Drive Time next door. So once we returned that vehicle. I drove across the parking lot to Drive Time. On the first day; we started working with salesman Josue Constante. My wife and I test drove several vehicles before she found 2019 Kia Sorento hiding in a corner on the sales lot. Josue pulled the car out and it was love at first sight. We left on the test drive as she was driving. I felt extremely uncomfortable while sitting on the passenger side of the vehicle which is rare sometimes. We pulled into a gas station to get a closer look. We discovered that there was smoke from an area on the engine. When we got back, we pointed this out to the sales manager. My wife explained how we had had a similar problem with my Sorento and had it fixed a while ago. We told him that when they got the engine fixed that that was the vehicle that we wanted. Josue and other sales agents called to see if we still wanted the vehicle. I told them yes, without a doubt. So on Friday morning, I received the phone call that the vehicle was ready. Once they found the keys to my car. We test drove the 2019 Kia Sorento and once we made it back to the lot. We began the final paperwork to purchase with the “Closer” Mrs Quin Jones. Paid our down payment with the option to pay more money towards the down payment. We finished signing all remaining documents. Set up the first payment with Bridgecrest lenders. Added the Sorento to our insurance policy and drove off the lot. I would like to thank the entire sales team for making this vehicle purchase possible without no judgment whatsoever and providing a complete Judgement free zone. I can’t remember everyones name. But I want to say a Big Thank You to all who made this purchase possible. We’re still going to provide you all with lunch.

Engine code deleted

It was an easy process but I went to autozone just to double check everything was good with my car and it needs to be serviced. I need new spark plugs and a sensor and my car is only 4 days old. I will be taking it back

Worse car I ever purchased

It was easy and fast to get approved, but the very NEXT DAY after I purchased the car the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. I only had this car for 8 days and already been to two different mechanics to address the issue and still at day 8 the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is still on… there is no way that drivetime wasn’t aware of this issue. They are definitely selling people LEMONS… I DO NOT RECOMMEND.. please take my advice

I am extremely happy with my purchase…

I am extremely happy with my purchase and the experience I received at the Eastpointe location. Shonte, Cameron, and Justin were all great help and made me comfortable with the whole process. O didn’t feel rushed and I knew exactly what I would be paying without any hidden fees. I will most definitely recommend Drive Time to more people.

Very terrible vehicles only work for 6 months or less. They are a total scam i do not recommend them even if they are easy to get.in less than 6 months i spent over $1200 fixing my truck. The warranty does not cover anything i even cancelled. This goes to everyone do not go to drive tim

The down payment was much higher than…

The down payment was much higher than they approved me for when I got to the store. The car that they approved me for was not the car they had in the dealership. Then when they got my pay stubs showing I get paid Bi-monthly was not what they put in my paperwork. when I pointed the error, they stated my payments would be due Bi-monthly. After setting up my automated draft to come out, it was coming out on other days of the month. I called Bridgecrest to get my payments fixed to Bi-monthly instead of Bi-weekly, they stated they could not do it for 6 months! So I was making 3 payments a month some months. They refused to fix it even after 6 months. I got no late notices, no letters and no phone calls. It just showed late payments and tons of late fees on my online account. the late fees and late payments got me behind due to them saying I got paid Bi- weekly and were charging me for that third payment every month. That would have made me pay 900.00 a month instead of 600.00. I never got a phone call for late payment. I never received late notices in the mail. They even had a list of my contacts, and never reached out to them. After a year of having this car, they refused to change my payment dates to twice monthly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! When I see their commercials on TV, it literally makes me sick!! Stay away from this place!!

100% recommend

I can’t thank the gentleman enough for staying last night 3/18/25 until about 11 to make sure I got into a vehicle that I could afford and I liked. They were very understanding about my needs and definitely helped with getting into my suv. Kevin was a very great guy to help us. Kevin and Phill couldn’t have been more helpful. We drove over 2.5hrs away and with 3 kids to get a vehicle. I definitely recommend going here for your car needs
