I was a little nervous, but the experience was the best ever buying my car. Lynette walked me through the process, made the choice easy and before I knew it, I was a new car owner. They don't push you. They listen. I am very grateful and I would highly recommend Drive Time OKC off I 240. They have a great plan for each customers needs.
I am beyond angry!! We bought a 2018 Suburu Impreza in Oct 2024. Everything was great until the 1st oil change. Went to Valvoline, they said they could change it because the oil pan bolt was stripped, meaning whoever changed the oil prior(DriveTime) completely ruined it. After having to such out the old oil from the top 2x and multiple people trying to figure out a way to remove the oil pan plug, now on 3rd oil change, we finally couldn't take it anymore. I went in today, found out there's a process, can't just trade in. Process includes calling customer relations, who told me it's a personal out of pocket expense even though the car was sold to me with a patent defect that they clearly new about!! Never ever buying DriveTime again!
Everything was great at first. The vehicle they sold us worked for a good week before the check engine light came on. We took it to Firestone under the warranty. Firestone couldn't get the light off and suggested we take it to a certified Hyundai dealership. As of today's date (4/14/25) the car has been in the shop 4 times. We got the vehicle in January. I should mention that the dealership stated that someone tried cover up some engine issues prior to us getting the vehicle. Obviously, that was drive time. We missed the 30 day return because the vehicle was in the shop. We got the vehicle back a few days later and then the very same night the check engine light came back on. We asked about exchanging the vehicle but we couldn't because the 30 day exchange was up. We explained that the vehicle was in the shop but they wouldn't help us. It has been like that since. Do not buy from Drive time. They will sell you a lemon. It's not worth the time and heart ache. This was the north Location off 45

The buying experience is smooth, but they selling lemons. Then you get the warranty and everything that breaks down isn’t even covered under the warranty!!! Go anywhere but here, I would try car mart and I know they definitely have lemons before going back to drive time.
Excellent experience all the way around. From the test drive to the final paperwork submitted the associate's went out of there way to stay late to help us. I would definitely recommend.
My experience at drive time was great. I purchased a car in 2017 paid it off. This is my second time purchasing a car from them. Colby and the Carlos was very nice and made sure I got what I wanted again. I highly recommend.

Wouldn’t even give it a star. We told the company our situation, how the person who has the money does not have a drivers license. They said no problem. We just won't put him on the title. We left everything was fine. Registration was good. Here comes January where we have to renew it, now we can't renew it because they put the person on the title with no drivers license and they won't fix it, yes, I understand we signed the documents They had us dealing with a brand, new employee and why didn't the finance company read the documents as well? Why did they let us leave a lot with the registration legal then but we can't get it legal now! Now we've been in a fight since January 2025 with drive time and the finance company Bridgecrest to get him off the title. The DMV even says he can come off the title. A lot of other people and places called We told them our situation, how the person who has the money does not have a drivers license. They said no problem. We just won't put him on the title. It was off to a slow start because I did not fully understand the process, so I became frustrated. When it was explained to me a little more clearly, then I got it. Then frustration kicked in again when my purchase had a glitch. I had to do some running around, which I felt was not my responsibility, but I did it because I wanted the vehicle. Lo and behold, after all of that, I decided to switch the vehicle out. Antonio remained professional, whereas I continued to show my frustration. I did not pick out the next vehicle; I left it in the hands of Antonio, and he did a fantastic job. I left there smiling and bragged all the way to my place of employment to all my friends and family. Thank you Drive time for making sure I was a satisfied customer and having an exceptional and knowledgeable employee.
I had a great experience here today with Cassie helping to Make this process soo much easier. She was very good at communicating ever step of the way, I would recommend drivetime and Cassie to anyone I know looking for a car.

I would highly recommend Conyers Drive Time Car Sales for your next car purchase. This is my third car purchase from Drive Time. Shar was my salesperson for my third purchase and she was very patient and helpful. If you are looking for a person that will give you excellent customer service experience, please go see Shar in Conyers, Georgia. I say this, because I am not the easiest customer to please when it comes to spending my hard earned money. It took me about 2 weeks to make a purchase. Shar smiled through the whole process.I must have asked her 50 questions, and if she did not know the answer, she would say “We will find the answer together”. The whole sales team and managers made me feel so welcomed and pleased to spend my hard earned money at Drive Time again. Thanks for a very great car buying experience.
