Don't buy a car here, the day I drove my vehicle off the lot, my vehicle broke down with all kinds of issues, A/C went out, then the transmission gave out. My vehicle is at the shop as we speak. Apparently they do not inspect their vehicles before selling.
Great experience because I got the vehicle I wanted. Yolonda and Joshua were great. This is my third vehicle with this establishment. Highly recommend them!

DONT GO TO ANY DRIVE TIME, they say they go through inspection I guess they are not doing any good, If your a first time buyer do not come here at all always read the lowest reviews trust me, this don’t deserve a 4.1 review at all, they got good customer service but other then that I am not happy at all. Sadly my car caught on fire and risking my life and now I’m left with no car. They are no good. Thank you!!
Buyer Beware Do not purchase from them. Car broke down Warning Engine Malfunction Power Reduce Service Now! Do Not Drive! 30 days after purchasing car, Barely drove it. Spark Plugs need to be replaced. Guarantee what happens after you purchase will not be covered under your warranty. They are nice and welcoming until you purchase. They are scammers!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Do not go here!!!! Check engine light is reset to show no issues until you get the car home! 5 day return policy was not mentioned! 1500 mile warranty was not mentioned. Purchased 15,000$ car charged me 20,000 in interest. They do not go by credit so if your credit good go somewhere else. Lemon dealership 100%

I bought a 2020 kia soul on 4.12.25. Within 4 days the engine light came on. I called drivetime and was told to take it to a place to be checked. I had to wait a couple days which put it past the 5 day return policy. I am told the car has a transmission problem and the place I took it to doesn't deal with transmissions. I should have known not to get the car when they made an error with the first car we chose. It is ridiculous that I've had the car under 2 weeks and I have to worry about a major problem.
Tried to sell us a wrecked vehicle even (just because a carfax sheet doesn’t show a wreck folks doesn’t mean a car couldn’t have been previously wrecked and not reported to an insurance company!) after we drove nearly 2 hours down to get said vehicle, and it was also super dirty. The female ‘manager’ on duty had absolutely 0 customer service skills and was just plain rude as could be! There was clearly good damage on this vehicle that was noticeable and while the gentleman there was nice and even offered to clean the vehicle, the manager refused to allow that to happen, she’s SUPER DUPER at her job. Bottom line? After we left and didn’t purchase this vehicle, we grabbed dinner and then while driving back past the lot, noticed that they just put that same WRECKED vehicle back out for sale!!! So, bad place to do business with guys and there’s likely a reason people say there’s a special place in hell for used car salesmen, or in this case, their managers??
First I gabe two stars because I’ve had the car for 2 years with few issues,alternator being the biggest,fast forward attempt to refinance through my bank and the car is 6,000 negative equity and was told by my bank that many customers have same issue with drive time,don’t do it they also quote you a price for every two weeks so you think you paying $260 it will be double that,I’ve been paying for two years and all the money has gone to interest minus $800 hope this help someone,Loan shark car company,I would rather take the bus and work on my credit Never never never again.
I got a 2018 Nissan Rogue that had a week old inspection sticker yet the master cylinder failed and right axle was leaking. Took it back 2 days later and got a 2016 Rogue. The rear passenger seatbelt didn’t buckle yet had a week old inspection sticker. Two cars in the same week that should have failed inspection is very suspicious, I just don’t have that type of luck. I feel a class action suit would cure this persistent problem with DriveTime vehicles

99% approval. I must be the 1% then because online it said $495 down $393 a month. Once there after the test drive they wanted $5,000 down. Yes Five THOUSAND DOLLARS!! On a $11,000 car. Yeah get real. 99%
