Donald Russell never disappoint. The end to end service is excellent and the produce they supply is top quality at very reasonable pricing.

I have ordered from Donald Russell throughout 2023 and I've never been disappointed. The quality and taste are exceptional, we particularly enjoyed many of the ready meals but their pork is tender and juicy when cooked. Would recommend their fillet tails to anyone, they are exceptional.

Sadly when my order arrived, the container for green vegetable with garlic butter had been broken in transit and the contents scattered throughout the box therefore unable to use. Maybe try sturdier containers would be an option.

Ordered my Christmas food with a few extras for over the holiday period. Is lovely being able to get pork lorne sausage in Hampshire, a treat. Everything looks delicious and was delivered exactly as expected, well packed and timely delivery. Excellent customer services assistance too. Thank you very much. Adding now to say beef Wellington was absolutely delicious and the salted caramel cheesecake was the perfect pudding to follow.

Delivered on time, but 2 of the packages were damaged. The cod was very tasty. But my husband did not enjoy the battered haddock . He said the batter has a unpleasant taste. leaves him with a heavy stomach. The haddock was in the damaged packages. He enjoyed the cod very much. Will buy the cod again but not the haddock

Was delivered on time and nicely packed. However we have not tried any of the goods yet. If all well with be ordering again but at this time we can't really comment.

Turkey and rib of beef arrived safely, well packed and both look beautiful. Looking forward to eating them over Christmas- Thankyou and Merry Christmas to all at Donald Russell.

I buy meat from them every week. It’s great quality and a reasonable price. If something (very rare) goes wrong I can speak to a real person quickly l. Why isn’t online shopping the good every where

Had used them for a while despite the fact that they are incredibly expensive compared to normal supermarkets - the food has generally been of higher quality, but the service has gone downhill rapidly this year and today was my last order (which they only got because I'd requested vouchers as a gift from a friend which needed to be used) I had a £250 order in my basked waiting for just 8 hours for the voucher codes but within 8 hours the main items suddenly became "sold out". Too many "essential" items are "Out of stock" for more than a week and only one delivery date (a week away, a day before out of stock items are expected back in stock) is available in the whole of the next month where normally next day delivery is available. Are customers really expected to wait over a month to get essential food (at the time of writing there is nothing available for a delivery date until 2024!) RIdiculous! I tried to contact them to explain why I had reduced my last order with them by over £100 and wouldn't be ordering from them again but the only way to contact them was via an online form that fails on every attempt to submit it with a ridiculous and meaningless error code: "170192089599d5ef433254560851297" As others have commented they don't even reply to negative reviews on here. Don't give them your custom they don't deserve it!
