Excellence is the correct word for Donny : price/quality = superb value .Customer service is as good as ANY company I`ve dealt with (which is a lot!) . Do a good buy-in every 2-3 moths , especially when sales are on.

A few years ago I decided that "supermarket " meat was not what I wanted on my plate. Having previously lived in a beef ranching country, it made sense to give Donald Russell a try. The quality is exceptionally good, packing is excellent & delivery via courier fast. Great selection for all requirements either "raw" or "cooked meals". Get yourself a brochure, you will not regret your change!

Have used Donald Russell for many years but was disappointed with the previous two deliveries as they arrived in soggy cardboard boxes which I really struggled to open . My last delivery was in the old style packaging- polystyrene box. SO much better. Thank you

Ordered a special selection of game for ourselves which arrived well packaged and delivered to us early morning. Quality of meat is excellent and good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed red deer medallions and are looking forward to making a mix game pie for Ne'erday dinner. Also ordered a customised selection box of meats, fish and ready meals as a Christmas present for a family of 4. Their box arrived as predicted and they are delighted with the contents. Everyone has there favourites and have laid claim to them. Verdict so far on what has been sampled -delicious. Again this order of 10KGs of assorted meats, fish and ready meals has gone down a treat with all ages. Very good value for money.

Took advantage of the offer on ten Filet Mignons. Probably the best steaks I’ve ever eaten; incredibly tender. Need to be mindful of the cooking time to ensure you don’t overcook them. Ten out of ten!

As a long-time customer of Donald Russell, I was quite surprised and disappointed to see some negative reviews, so all I can do is speak from experience. Throughout the many years I have used this company I can honestly say that the customer service, deliveries and quality of food has been consistently excellent.
