We have bought for many years now and the product is always top class. We only ever had an issue once and that was dealt with speedily and we had an immediate refund. Deliveries are always prompt. Communication is good with great promotions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Received my Christmas order today, very disappointed, amongst my order I found a Label on a whole corn fed chicken which shows it was produce from France. Not stipulated on website when I ordered. The chicken was frozen in France on 23/09/22! Over a year ago. Contacted customer services today and have been given a refund for the item. I will not be buying from Donald Russell again, will stick to shopping locally.
Have ordered from Donald Russell several times now. Every time the products have been first class quality. I also like that they do some great deals. I always order the fillet tails, the meat is so tender. Also I love the Halibut, it's difficult to get nice sized potions but Donald Russell deliver on perfectly portioned fillets, restaurant quality. Will continue to order and recommend to others.

have been a (monthly) customer for many years very raely a problem (dpd damaged cartons, now dhl is good, driver very helpful) product is as good as you hope, the steak mince is very tasty, i love the dauphinois potatoes; braising steak is very good. joints are ideal. overall i am more than happy with everything and that includes the call handlers

We have been using Donald Russell for a few years and are pretty satisfied with the service and quality. We can recommend the individual beef wellington, fillet tails, the beef madras and chicken tikka Marsala and many other products. Would not recommend the langoustine tails🙁. Too fiddly and not worth the effort. One failing is the lack of Air Fryer cooking times! These are becoming very common, so DR are missing a trick. All in all an excellent service but I wish they could find a better packaging material….Expanded polystyrene is not my favourite……
Have used this company for years and will continue to do so. Regrettably not cheap but quality comes with the price, delivery always on schedule. Have found favourite products over the years and some I would avoid. importantly if needed there is always a helpful person available on the telephone.

Orders always arrive in excellent condition. Have never been disappointed with any of the meat products. Gammon steaks are a particular favourite along with Lorne sausage. Pork medallion's are beautiful, lovely and tender.1 Love it when they have their sales on great time to fill the freezer.
