Everything arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The family absolutely loved the items we ordered , great job.

I like their food, mostly good quality, some things not for me, but the delivery is hit and miss, to the extent that last time it was left outside my apartment block, on a very busy street, even though I’d stayed in for it. I will continue to use unless delivery becomes a bigger issue.

I have always found the meat delicious, so much tastier than supermarket meat Delivery has always been on time and well packaged. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered some gift vouchers and they arrived a couple of days later, can’t wait to give them to family so they can try DR , always been happy with everything we’ve had .

Donald Russell has provided my Christmas meals for five years and never disappoints. Christmas box arrived on time, well packaged with plenty of frozen ice surrounding items. Everything I ordered provided and all looks very edible especially the Christmas cheesecakes, which may not see Christmas Day!! Thank you once more for fabulous service and food.

Every order I have placed there selection of meats are great always nice and tender you carnt go wrong if it’s quality you want was given to me by my brother who wasn’t wrong great offers and great prices always delivered on time which s nice to see good service try and you won’t be disappointed if qualify is what you are after 👍

I'm new to DR, its my 1st order. It arrived well packed, and now looking forward to sampling it all.

Unfortunately I am only able to give 4*. Donald Russell is great but their delivery company, DHL in this case are the pits. On the delivery day I received a one hour time slot for the early evening. No problem for whilst I was going out my wife and son would be at home. Just after 4.00pm I was told that my delivery 'has been accepted at the delivery address by andrew'. I assumed my son had taken delivery and that they assumed it was 'Andrew'. Arriving home 3 hours later I found the container dumped in the front garden exposed to all the feral cats and foxes of the area. It was also exposed, being polystyrene white, to any body walking down the road. Unfortunately we have had a number of doorstep thefts in our area. I do hate being lied to but that is my assessment of what occurred. As to my purchase thanks to Donald Russell's first rate packaging the risk of any contamination was negligible. I have used 2 of the steaks and again they were first class. Mince cooking for a chilli tonight. I would recommend Donald Russell just not their couriers.

I have placed several orders now, never been disappointed with the quality of products or the delivery. You get what you pay for, if you want the better quality.

Top quality produce with some fantastic value sales almost every week. The service when you need to contact them is second to none. I use them many time each year, amongst other online butchers, and my freezer is stacked with their boxes - they are so easy to store that way - which I regularly top up and occasionally try new lines that never disappoint

All delivered on time, slight issue with the packaging, it does actually say fragile on the box, but the driver obviously didn't take notice of that, I opened the door to see my box stood upright not flat, hmm thought never mind won't make a difference, opened it up, pigs in blankets loose everywhere, but it's Christmas so not going to dwell on it, the packaging on the goods can't have been that sturdy for them to open n come loose

Been pleased with everything I’ve purchased over the past few years.

Almost always produces excellent goods and prompt service. First time ever for a complaint but last week received our three mini roasts (lamb, pork and beef) the latter of which due to gristle and excessive fat was for us, virtually inedible and went in the bin. Sorry to say this but almost certain that is a 'one-off' experience.

well, two items the Chicken Tikka Masala and Beef Madra all the all the film on top split so very disappointed about that buy other food was fine.

Speedy delivery .Excellent quality of all the products ( I’ve tried more than a few) probably the best fillet steak I’ve ever eaten ! Yes it’s not cheap but when it’s as good as this who cares 👍

Have used them about 4 times now The products are good quality and value for money.. The rack of lamb was superb. Items always delivered as requested and well packaged. Will definately continue to use!
