Some great deals and some ok deals, but always good quality and well packaged. Would recommend for topping up your freezer or some of the BBQ deals look great for the summer.
The order always arrives in good condition and the product is of very high quality. I enjoy some of the speciality offerings such as salmon en croute and sole goujons that are so easy to prepare. The steaks are the best I have ever tasted. With Donald Russell meats it is so much nicer to dine at home, rather than going out for a meal.

I have used Donald Russell for some time now and every time I have been pleased with the ordering process, the delivery and the product. In all the years I have only had one order hiccup and that was delivery problem which Donald Russell sorted straight away. The meat is second to none in quality and I have always been happy with the quantity. Excellent service on the phone with friendly helpful staff. I would genuinely recommend to anyone.
Nothings gone wrong but they dont half pester, emails galore, I have now "adjusted "to one a week but sometimes two in a day had happened and now they pester for a review.Meats ok.

Reliable tasty good food
Ordered from Donald Russell for many years now, never disappointed. Good quality tasty meats, lamb,beef, &pork. Fish also tasty, good quality. Any problems, of which we have found few, always sorted by helpful staff on customer lines. Only once had delayed delivery, but reassured by staff that the order would still be frozen , when delivered the following day or if any signs of defrosting, items would be replaced FOC. Follow-up phone call from staff next day to ensure delivery had been made and satisfactory
Excellent company to deal with. Great choice of items on an easy to use site. You get to pick the delivery date and the items come well packed with dry ice for the journey. You get tracker information and a 2 hour delivery window from Delivery company. The quality is amazing and we have so many favourites.
