Donald Russell is truly the best for quality online meat products. They are a little more expensive than others out there, but once you've tried their meat, I doubt whether you'll buy elsewhere again. 5 Star all the way.
I can only say, as I probably have done before, that in the many years I have been buying from you I have never had any reason to complain of anything. I did once have a delayed delivery, due to some breakdown I think, but everything I had was still frozen a day later when it was delivered - in polystyrene box with dry ice. This applies to all deliveries over many years.

Utterly brilliant food
Another on time well parcelled order. Mostly chicken as the last order the flavour of the whole chickens once cooked was amazing. Lots of meat on each bird lasting my husband and I three meals plus a chicken sandwich. The hake was also beautifully flavoured fried and basted in butter. Meaty and flavoursome. Tonight the calves liver cooked with bacon onions and carrots in a vegetarian and tomato puree sauce. So so tender with a lovely delicate flavour. Next order coming up!!!
I don't buy as often these days being a pensioner and widowed but I've just had Periperi chicken for the first time ever and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Pork steaks, rump and sirloin too, are tender and tasty. The salmon in my February order I gave to my neighbour (as a thank you,) she loved it. All in all, I'm a very happy, satisfied customer and recommend Donald Russell to everyone.

I can't fault Donald Russell. The quality of the meat and produce is always spot on and the delivery is speedy and efficient. I like the move towards more sustainable packaging in transit now too. Highly recommend.
The quality of the products from Donald Russell is consistently good. The beef is always full of flavour and tender when cooked, the prawns are really tasty.My order included salmon fillets, whole chicken, calves liver, fillet steaks, scampi, chicken thighs; items I had purchased before. The beef rib trim was offered free based on spend and were so good, my mother in law put in an additional order. You are guaranteed quality at a fair price and many of my friends and family are now customers.
All the products are of exceptional quality . The delivery is excellent and you can choose a the day that's suitable for yourself. They are packed and clearly labelled with instructions for how to use . They are frozen on arrival . And delicious with a good range of products and the special offers are great value.
Had amazing deals , the quality of the meat is superb. Would recommend you at least try it once. Got two Pork Roasts for 0.99 a piece Amazing value.
The quality of meat and fish is excellent. Have used them fo many years and have never been disappointed. Everything we have ordered has been tasty and full of flavour. Although more expensive than supermarkets prices are comparable with quality butchers. If you take advantage of special offers and stock up your freezer then not too bad
I have used Donald Russell for many years and that speaks volumes. My experience has been that they deliver when they say they’ll deliver, the order contains what you ordered and the quality is such that I keep on ordering! I tend to stick to my favourites and make good use of the offers, although it is frustrating when I place an order and the items appear on offer the following week at half the price! What I will stress is that if ever I’ve had a problem it has been dealt with efficiently and more than fairly.
I have been shopping with Donald Russell’s for several months I have found the meat boxes good value for money especially when they are on their deals . I have tried Burgers, Sausage rolls, Pork chops , Steak mince, Mince ,Koftas ,sausages bacon , Steaks and Chateaubriand. All of these products are very tasty and do not shrink when cooked. Products come promptly and are very well packed. I would recommend buying from this company.
Always a pleasure to receive my parcel. The items are always well packaged and the taste and quality of the produce cannot be beaten. The offers available and value for money always make orders difficult to know what to choose. The only thing I would like to see is an option to request an item made to order as my Husband has an onion allergy so some items are not suitable, but appreciate this could be tricky to cater for everyone on an individual basis. Loving the new website too, will be ordering again soon!
