Everything came on day requested, well packaged and fully frozen. All meats and fish were of a very high quality and tasted delicious. Very well priced and always lots of deals to be had.
We have been customers of Donald Russell for a few years and shall continue to source our meat products from them because their standards are so high. Deliveries are accomplished in excellent containers which ensure the contents are kept at top quality. On very few occasions we have had reason to contact them. Their rapid reaction to our concerns have always been exemplary and always to our complete satisfaction. Long may it continue. In particular, their duck legs are a favourite of ours.

The quality of the products is extremely high. Delivery and packaging excellent (love making smoke with the dry ice in the sink!). As a chef I'm used to using high quality ingredients and am not surprised that Donald Russell is so successful. I try to go for the special offers to save a little money, but the small extra expense, compared to supermarkets, is worth it.

Good quality, good service
Donald Russell has provided me with a wide range of good quality food products for over ten years. Most recently I purchased a selection of ready meals, similar to those I have purchased before, that were very tasty and easy to cook. When I don't feel like preparing food for myself, I can rely on them to save me the effort.

Disappointed with the chimmichurri sirloin steak. It had a lot of gristle and was uneatable. This is so unusual as the meat pies, diced pork, sausages and burgers are great. Just need to be more careful with what I order in future.
Great food! Meat always lean and tasty. Great company with good service. Delivery always prompt. Very good value for money. Venison is really lovely, as is the lasagne. Chateaubriand is good value too. Would thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use again and again.
