Orders delivered on time and we'll packed. Meat whether fresh, cooked or frozen is always of finest quality. For the quality prices are comparable with other suppliers. I have been a customer for many years I'm not their best customer but if I want something special it's my go to place.

The steaks are so tasty. Stewing steak just melts in your mouth when slow cooked. Lamb delicious need I say more Buy when the offers are suitable

Found the quality to be very hit and miss. Steaks were in most cases no better than the local supermarket. The pork ribs however were excellent. Deserts were very nice but expensive for the individual size. Personally not a fan of the daily marketing so called deals which are designed to lure you in to make bigger orders to avoid the delivery charges. Delivery is very hit and miss with long waits from when you order and although the packing looks ok some items are starting to thaw if a late in the day delivery. Disappointing generally.

Good Scottish food, excellent fish, seafood and meats. Pies are the best ever. Frozen well, packaged well and delivered on time as promised - always.

Having used Donald Russell since Covid I would just not go anywhere else the quality and service are top notch.

I’m usually very impressed with my order from you but my last order I was very disappointed. I was trying to order the chateaubriand joint for the special price of £25.00. along with some beef trims steak plus some other items to make it over£50.00 for free postage. However when I got to the payment part the chateaubriand had shot up to the usual £45. So I deleted a few things as it was more than I expected to pay and then when the joint arrived it was so small , it was only enough for 2 small portions at 500 g. I was cross as it was such a puny joint at £45.00 and I had originally ordered at special price of 25.00 but for some reason it had changed while I was doing the order. This is the best food yet from great cuts of meat to prepared meals plus all the sausage is amazing. Great company, customer orientated plus money not back if not satisfied but I don’t think that would happen very often.

I've been purchasing various cuts of meat and other products from Donald Russell for a few years. Their products are always of a high standard albeit a little more expensive however, as the saying goes....you pay for what you get. The staff are very helpful and courteous, the products are always despatched frozen and arrives in that condition.

I’ve used Donald Russel for several years. Everything ordered has been of a high standard. Might be a bit more expensive than some local shops but quality is outstanding. All my food orders have been delivered on time with excellent service from DHL and the quality of the food is excellent,and I won’t get my meats any where else. Not only I bye the meats for myself and my husband we bye for our dog.

Have been using Donald Russell for quite a few years now. Never been disappointed with either the quality or service we have received. Not the cheapest; but you do get what you paid for - quality product delivered to your door. Four course Xmas food for 16 people already ordered yet again this year - so no hassle or last minute panics!!
