Delivery 5 days after it left….
Failed to deliver and now the courier service they use is going to deliver food 5 days after it left their factory. Booked for a delivery today, FedEx sent an email saying between 8.30-12.30, then changed the tracking to before 6pm. Live chatting with Ava at Donald Russell who said delivery would be before 6, and then stopped the live chat whilst I was asking another question as it was home time. Delivery failed to arrive, now saying they will deliver on Monday!!!! 5 days after it left. Was a long term customer, want a refund and won’t be back. Shame as the food itself is good, but let down by poor service
