Able to order product but not in stock!
Ordered 2 tubes of toothpaste for my daughter, she doesn’t do flavour! On back order for over a month!! I did receive an email advising me but doesn’t really help much, why have it available on the website if not in stock?

Took order with faster delivery option even though they had no stock. Didn't tell me it would be 3 weeks wait for product until I chased them.
Be aware that even though an item may show as in stock, and they take your order; I even paid for the faster shipping option; that means nothing. The item may well not be in stock and then they just sit on the order without telling you. It was only when I queried why the order was still pending and had not been dispatched that they admitted they had no stock and were hoping to acquire some in 3 weeks time! Terrible way to run a business. I've never known anything like it. They weren't even going to tell me about the delay! Get a better stock control system to reflect on your website and communicate better with your customers. Awful. Avoid.
