Ordered mouthwash and toothpaste a fortnight ago, still not turned up, sent three emails, they have not answered me, going to get my bank to get me a refund, terrible company.would never buy again.
disappointing and quite stressful experience when trying to buy 2 toothbrushes from them on e bay. after some delay in replying to my messages , they said to be patient as the Post Office can take up to 10 days to deliver ! never happened on any previous e bay purchase . It did not arrive and he had cheek to men mention that must be correct postcode which was up to them and later they gave address and E-BAY was shown in middle of address but it was correct postcode . I was told they would send again and still not received after a week or so and e bay made them give a refund as they ignored my request for a refund . What a mob and beware ! I then rang them and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me that they did not stock the 2 brushes pack as i understood it so heaven knows what they were up to . It was a different lady from the one who eventually answered my emails . Presumably less problems if not buying from them from an e -bay advert.
I tried to order some dental paste from Dental Direct, and expected to get a 10% discount as specified on the receipt from my last order in November 2019. The voucher gave a code and clearly said it was valid on orders over £30 until 31 January 2021. The website wouldn't accept the code and when I phoned them I was told the voucher was only valid for the first repeat order of a new customer, and as I wasn't a new customer when I placed my order in November 2019 the discount announced on the receipt didn't apply to me. Despite them boldly offering the discount on my receipt, I was told that this restriction was detailed in their T&Cs If they aren't offering the discount to me why print it in red on the invoice? Needless to say I went elsewhere to make my purchase.
Pleasant experience but customer service needs some improving
Appalling costumer service. They can't even provide a simple task as updating your details. FAQ area states it may take up to 24h. Well it's over 60h and still nothing. I have sent emails and contacted via their website support for noting. No reply at all. Bunch of disrespectful useless people. Update: changed from 1 to 3 star because after this review Dental Directory finally got back to me. I was contacted a couple of hours after leaving this feedback. Dental Directory attendant apologised and recognised I should have my emails responded but for any reason they got lost in the system and nobody got back to me. In a 10 minutes phone call she managed to provide all updates I had asked 4 days ago. Why not providing that sort of costumer care since day one? Why do we always need to complain to get anywhere. I hope they improve their team training as most of them are really useless.

Ordered 3 toothbrush from Dental direct seller on Amazon. I was surprised that they delivered such a small order, in time, without any delivery charges, also provided a welcome discount coupon for first direct purchase from their website. I also contacted them to enquire about the delivery as soon as I placed order and they did come back very quickly. The order was packaged perfectly and delivered on time. I would give them 5 stars just for providing services and not trying to profit from the corona virus situation. Thank you!
Ordered a Waterpik and it seemed to come a little late. When it arrived not everything was in the box. Just hoping the product works now! I got onto the online chat and spoke with Linda who was nice and replaced them. Lets just wait and see now
I placed an order on the 30th March which has still not arrived. Now 20th April. I advised the company by email on the 14th April to cancel my order as I had to purchase elsewhere. I received an email to say it had already been dispatched on the 14th so I would have to wait till it arrived to cancel and return. Then they took payment out on the 16th April? Which seemed odd if it was dispatched on the 14th. It’s now the 20th April and the item has still not arrived. I don’t think they should advertise products they clearly do not have in stock.

I ordered 6 items (toothpaste) and paid £ 3.49 for Shipping & Handling (so the overall unite price for me was £ 2.65). Then the company informed me that they don't have enough units so they only sent me 3 unites and refunded half of the actually item price. The whole reason I am willing to pay £ 3.49 for Shipping & Handling was that I will receive 6 units. It worked it out that I paid £ 3.43 per unit.

I’ve ordered Oranurse toothpaste for my son who has autism. I ordered on the 11th and it is now the 21st. No sign of my order and I’ve since been emailed to say that my order will only be partly fulfilled due to low stock. Very disappointed in this.
Good range of products for specific medical needs ie. dry mouth. Ease of ordering & delivery communication although request for product review issued too early, before products have been trialed. Have purchased from DD many times, no complaints.
