The service was ok
The service was ok, but the postage or delivery was completely overpriced with no option for a reduced amount. The delivery cost £15 for something that would normally cost less than £5. I'm happy with the products though and in the long run it's cheap if it saves a tooth

Good Customer Service.
Small muddle up on discount notice which I see has been clarified on my latest bill. Have been using Dental Direct for a few years. Excellent service and products. Was delighted that a discount was still given although I had misunderstood . Thank You. Would highly recommend.
