Order & shipping confirmation received..then notifiedthat item is out of stock?!
I ordered Sleep right dental guard ready to take on holiday with me, and received shipping confirmation the same day. However the following day I received an email from 'Laura' making me aware they were out of stock but expecting delivery by the end of the week. I asked how a product could be shipped (as per email I'd received) if it's not in stock and was advised 'stock discrepancy in our warehouse'.. From reading the views, this lack of stock appears to be a frequent and familiar pattern for this company, which is a bit of a worry really when customers are handing over their hard earned money. It's now Friday (end of the week) so I am waiting to see if I receive a further email to say the item has been restocked and shipped. If I don't receive a shipping confirmation by Sunday and the product by next Wednesday, then I'll be formally requesting a full refund including delivery costs. I need this guard by 10th March as I'm going away. This company needs to employ someone with experience in stock handling and control so it can fulfill its legal obligations
