Company has vanished, I am left with a paperweight, controller broke within a month.

My controller arrived within 7 weeks and it is very good quality, responsive, the mouse click triggers and shoulder buttons are a pleasure to use, I hit Defy up on Twitter explaining to them how long I had waited and it was sorted out within 4 days, so anyone looking to get an order resolved, try Twitter. While I was happy to get it, they forgot to make the joysticks remappable (something that cost me money) ...thing is, I don't want to go through a whole episode again to get it sorted, so I contacted them and asked if the ribbon that enables remapping of L3/R3 was left inside, I am prepared to buy the thing and do the soldering myself... Update, so they want another £30 out of me to fix their mistake and make L3 R3 remappable. I am done with this fiasco, I am buying the dualsense edge, this was my first foray into 3rd party controllers, I wanted to support a British company... never again, just buy official as this is a disaster dealing with this company. Update 2. So I have had the controller since the 6th February, and today 25th March the R2 button has broken, just decides to hit itself for no reason, the mouse click thing is gone too. Update 3. They have went bust, I Don know how to go about getting a refund as they have shut down their website and social media accounts... I tried to go through Klarna but they are saying nothing, very frustrated with this Mickey Mouse company.

Very poor service I’ve had no response…

Very poor service I’ve had no response since the 22nd December. My order has still not arrived which I ordered on the 18th December with next day delivery only to be told on the 22nd that my order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas even though I’d paid for next day delivery. It’s now the 6th of January and I’ve messaged a few times and sent emails and haven’t heard anything which is very disappointing and frustrating since they were happy to take my money and my two sons are still without their new controllers. Communication is dreadful very poor customer service. Would definitely not recommend anyone ordering from them, I feel like they have robbed me of nearly £200. Still waiting for a response!!!!!!!!!!

Order not received

At the end of November I ordered a controller believing it would be delivered in time for Christmas as it was a present for my son (the only thing he had asked for) - I was so wrong. As it got closer to Christmas I contacted defy via email asking for an update and reassurance my order would be received before Christmas. After a few days wait I was told my controller would be dispatched on 22nd December with next day, before 1 pm delivery. Great, I thought - panic over. 1pm on 23rd December came and went, still no delivery and no tracking details had been received. I contacted Defy again only to discover they had finished for Christmas and were not open again until 4th January! I foolishly hoped the controller would arrive between Christmas and New Year - I was wrong. It is now 6th January and despite several attempts to contact Defy I have heard nothing from them. They have took my money but failed to deliver my order and are not replying to any of my correspondence. I am not impressed and would not recommend anyone orders from them. I have had to resort to writing this review in an attempt to get my order!!! Not acceptable.

Not what expected, poor quality

I ordered a controller for my husband for Christmas, sadly this took longer than stated on the website and when it arrived the quality was not what I was expecting. The packing was poor, the controller was wrapped in loose plastic, the controller has a visible air bubble and is just generally not to the quality I expected for the price.

Twice the price of a branded controller…

Twice the price of a branded controller and didn’t last 12 months. Beware defy gaming only offer 6 month’s warranty where as Sony and the like offer at least 12 on their equipment.

I love this controler

I love this controler. Got exactly how o designed it. My friends want it npw lol. I wish I got the remapping r3 and l3 but that's ok. Back panels work great. Feels like a regular ps5 just modified by preference. Only thing I notoce is the D pad right tends to squeak.

communication could be better

Had to e mail twice and message you to find out when we were receiving parcel as it was Christmas present and was getting a bit tight for delivery. When I eventually got e mail back I was told the colour of controller was out of stock. We had to pick new colour at last minute. You did get it out that day and we got it for Christmas but I had to do the chasing. If I hadn’t I doubt we would have received it. Personally I think I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience.

This is my second controller that I’ve…

This is my second controller that I’ve ordered my first one I have no issues with apart from delays on delivering the item this time I emailed twice before buying to tell them I Wanted the standard some sticks and upon ordering i put standard thumb sticks and yet when item came I had modified thumb sticks Emailing them you will be waiting 3-4 days For a reply and even that is half-heartedly and I will not be using this company again terrible customer service once item has been bought

Great Experience!

An easy ordering experience and although in the bustle of Christmas the order took a little longer to arrive, the team was super communicative. The product itself is of excellent quality, beautifully presented in great packaging and the offspring is delighted with it! This is a company with a human side to it. You get the feeling the whole team matters, from the front-facing customer service, to the Team scrambling to get the products out for Christmas. This in itself is a huge selling point. Will definitely and gladly do business with Defy Gaming again.

Fast delivery and a great gaming controller for the PS5. The extra rear paddles on the back make FPS gaming much better for games like Call of duty.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, delivery times are a joke and no matter what they say they dont do as stated. Forget asking for a refund as they dont even reply to questions if the word REFUND is mentioned.

Personalised xbox controller

Didn’t receive an order confirmation email but fast response from customer service quickly confirmed this, I then received my order exactly as advised 7-9 days and my sons Xbox controller looks amazing , I will definitely be ordering again thankyou
