DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Trying to contact them is a joke they also haven't honoured the warranty as my face plate keeps lifting I have emailed them but have not got a response it also took a month to build and the charging stand never worked which still hasnt been replaced do not waste your money buy straight from Microsoft (xbox elite series 2 controller)

A Very Disappointing 13th Birthday Present

After only 2 months of gifting my son with a custom PS5 SAF Pro Sports controller for his 13th birthday. The R2 button has failed and also the directional controls. I then attempted to contact Defy Gaming to discover that their website has gone along with their social media accounts. So now I can't even claim on the 6 month guarantee that came with the product. Will have to try and claim my money back through my bank. However, as I paid with my debit card, I am unlikely to get the £175 returned. Terrible experience.

Terrible service

Aftercare was non-existent it took 7 weeks to come it was a main Christmas present it was ordered at the beginning of november and didn't come until January thing keep falling off it and to top it all the charging cable was missing a total waste of £210

A suitable alternative.

The company has ceased business. For a cheaper and reliable alternative try console controllers. They send their controllers in a brown box with their website address and logo printed on it, but their prices are way cheaper and they honour their 3 month warranty. They also have a lot of unique designs not available elsewhere.

I had 12 months warranty on my…

I had 12 months warranty on my controller so I sent it for repair 2 months ago as it would be the 10th month having used it. Received 1 email in 2 months about not having the “parts” to fix my controller. So they said we’ll give you a new controller. After 1 month I’ve not received my controller or any emails on what’s happening with my controller. Can someone please tell me if I can get a refund for this matter asap. Cheers

This company has gone bust.....they have not content partners and are seeking administration shortly, by the looks of it they owe a lot of money to customers and partners....I would contact your bank if have made a purchase through them to get a refund. if not contact citizens advice bureau...terrible ethics.

Gone into closure and can't fulfil orders.

Company took my order 8 weeks ago and have now e-mailed stating I need to contact my card provider for a refund, closed for the foreseeable future. Terrible service and updated me 3 weeks ago stating they were waiting for parts.

Placed an order for a controller for my sons birthday which by the looks of things will never turn up. Website has been shutdown, everything on social media removed and the owner has gone into hiding. Good thing I found him (Owner can be found on public enquiry to companies house - business owner). I'll be paying a visit to discuss this in person.

BEWARE..... paid for an item but not received the goods!

My son ordered a controller 5/6 weeks ago and still hasn't received it. He has sent 5 emails without much response, they have replied to 2 out of the 5 of the emails, the last one was just basically a sorry. I haven't had a reply to my email sent the earlier part of the week requesting a refund...... BEWARE of ordering from this site, quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to refund you for an item that hasn't been sent to you. I am now left with no choice other than to speak with a solicitor regarding this matter.

I placed an order on the 28th of…

I placed an order on the 28th of January and the communication has been zero, they were still showing deals as of a week ago then I have gone on there website today and it’s not there anymore. Honestly what a bunch of crooks I’m over £200 out of pocket and have been scammed, the worst thing is these guys send to influencers who promote there products using social media platforms I normally buy scuf but thought I’d give this a go, I don’t know how people can do this. Hopefully my Credit Card company can get my money back.

Scam

Looks like these clowns have decided to scam everyone out of their money. Ordered a controller, for my sons 16th Birthday which is next week. Had an email to say it was 'shipped' yet the tracking number don't work, the delivery company have no record of it being sent to them to be shipped. We paid the extra £10 for next day, so basically this idiot had taken £75 of our money and done one. Website gone, all social media gone. What they can't hide is their address, which is on Companies House... Will be contacting my bank today to look to try and get my money back. You really have to be pathetic to do this, they must know the majority of orders are probably for younger people as presents etc... Should be a 0 star rating on here. I would advice others to avoid but you can't order now anyway because they've pulled the site down.

Trust me and do not order!

ALL!!! I am not one to normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but I am afraid I have to warn everyone. This company has a bunch on liars - I ordered my custom controller from them on 7th Jan and today is 16th feb and still no sign of this.Be aware i paid for next day delivery £10 and they say it’s a 7-10 days building time. What a joke!!! Absolute misselling. Contacted the store numerous times and they kept blaming it in on snow and cold and then it all changed to parts missing etc. i mean you order a controller and personalise it, you’re not making an elite one from scratch come on!!!! They always ignored half of my emails, never fully answered my questions. Good luck contacting them if you order from this company! Avoid at all costs, honestly!

Avoid at all cost

These little @#££, have done off with my money and now all social media and website has been shut off!!!!! You can't even contact them. Iv just had to put a claim in with my bank to hopefully get my money back .AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a controller on the 5th of Jan and now on the 15Feb it's still not here,just cancelled and got my bank to get my cash back don't buy from this company unless you have a great deal of patience and you don't mind getting bullsh@tted to.

Absolute terrible company ordered as a birthday gift for my son 18th January, birthday been n gone last week no responses , was promised delivery in 7 to 10 days way past that looks like they have taken alot of people's money ! And clearly don't care what the items for gifts for my son when I could of gone elsewhere, I think the customer service is absolutely appalling.

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. Ordered a ps5 controller on the 14th of Jan still not received. Finally got a response on Facebook that they are having supplier issue but no information on when my order will be shipped. They've now gone back to not answering messages. Almost starting to feel I've been scammed. Spend a little extra and buy a scuff. That's what I'll be doing if I ever get a refund from this dreadful company
